What a great store. It has everything your looking for.. Great service and friendly staff :)

Great selection of supplements, whole food products (even a freezer section), skin care, oils, etc. - customer service was very great - Monica was very helpful and told me about the sales to help me get a deal. Also better prices than other competitive stores. I will absolutely be going back!

In the last 2 weeks, I haven’t been able to get anyone from this location on the phone nor has anyone called me back after the message I left inquiring about whether they had a product in stock or not. Calls have been made at various times throughout the day, upon the store just opening, mid day, before store closing anywhere between 1 hour to half an hour. It made me question if they were still even in business. Finally I went in to check and buy just the 1 product and Linda, who was working there said they don’t answer the phones when it is busy. It is hardly ever busy in this store, even during the times before COV1D. Even if they are busy and taking messages, they should call customers back. Linda told me she had called me back. Well Linda, no you didn’t, or I wouldn’t be writing this review. I’m all for supporting local business, but not businesses with poor customer service and ones who don’t value their customers.

I have been going to this location for well over a year and continue to return due to the great sale days and more importantly the excellent customer service that I receive each time I go. One staff member in particular (I don’t know her name) makes me feel like family and like I’m really valued. I recommend this location to anyone and everyone!

Definitely my choice for my supplements and natural foods. Good advice from the manager and competitive pricing. I get on their mailing list and learn about their special discount days in sales.

My fantastic Raw All-in-one shake by Garden of Life is on special yah! About $55 grand total. As always knowledgeable nice staff!Great experience, nice selection and prices including promotional discounts. Also very organized and tidy with refrigerated items for sale too. Helpful staff:)I was happy to discover your location in Mckenzie Towne. Nice that Amaranth will have your item delivered to your preferred location if it's out of your way at another Amaranth store. Really great store, so happy to have them in my neighborhood. Good quality products and knowledgeable staff too. There are some unique products there too, I always find some new things when I go.

I really do like this location and buy all my supplements here every month. I find the staff is always very helpful and genuinely interested and I like getting to learn about products on customer appreciation days, through demos and one on one conversations. BUT I don't like how often they change their skincare lines. It seems that if the product line doesn't fly off the shelves immediately they switch to something else, then another not long after. Makes it hard to instill loyalty from customers. I fell in love with skincare that they just discontinued, unfortunately now I have to shop elsewhere for my skincare. If I have to go to multiple locations for skincare and supplements it starts to become easier to buy from one store that carry both. It's a shame because I do want to support this store

This is the only place I buy my vitamins and health and wellness products. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They always have what I'm looking for, and more! Although their prices are already good, their sales are amazing.

It was my first time in the store here in Calgary. I am so glad that it's close to where I am. The prices are comparable to any health store. I was greated by a very friendly associate that helped find what I was in need of. This will be my goto store.
