New Vision Optical has been a reputable and credible business for us to leverage for years now. Jose, his family and the staff have helped my entire family, including my parents with perfect style, fit and most importantly prescriptions! Love going there and will continue!

I have been dealing with New Vision for many years. Staff are always very friendly and accommodating to help me make the choices that best suit my needs. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job.

Best place in Durham for all your eyewear needs. The owners and staff as so friendly and helpful and aren`t satisfied until you are. I`ve been dealing with Jose, Yvonne, Amy and Lori since they opened and always have the best service! You never feel rushed or pressured into buying anything you aren`t 100% sure about and they always take the time to make sure you get what you want. Can`t recommend enough!

After being a client here for many years along with my rest of my family I called in to renew my prescription was told I would be called back. After two months I called in to see if it had come in as I had not been called and was put on hold for 30 minutes when someone finally came back to me they proceeded to tell me they couldn’t find any of my information.. after having an account here for over 10 years.. I was placed on hold again and then was passed off to a gentleman named Greg. This man was extremely rude to me and proceeded to brush me off and tried to rush me off the phone twice when all I wanted to do was renew my current prescription and said they would look up my information and call me back… I had both boxes with my exact prescription on them I could have easily given them the numbers but they didn’t seem very interested in helping me and I still have not had a call returned from them.. I have since taken my business elsewhere and will never go back to this company

My dad brought me to New Vision Optical and I immediately fell in love with the place and the people! I always get compliments on my new sunglasses! My sister and I actually just bought our dad a pair of sunglasses for Father’s Day and he loves them! Each time we come in we are treated like family and there’s no better feeling than that! A special thanks to Amy and her sister Anika for always helping us and for doing so with such kindness and love! Thank you New Vision for everything!!

I am so impressed with New Vision Optical. Every time I go for new eye tests or to pick out glasses their so friendly and knowledgeable. Amy has an exceptional talent in helping me pick out the best possible glasses to suit my face and complexion. I am always so pleased with what she helps me pick out and I always receive compliments on my glasses. I will not go anywhere else to purchase my glasses or sunglasses. Everyone who works there is truly amazing.

My wife has been going here for YEARS, swears but this place.I now am getting older and have the “pleasure” of needing glasses too.I had an amazing experience, I got three pairs, Gucci for work, Oakleys for home and a pair of Tom Ford sun glasses for everyday.The customer service was exceptional and prices were great too. What a wonderful experience.
