Excellent service

The stairs were painted nicely, but the installation of the stair pickers and stair pillars was of poor quality. In a year the pickers and pillars loosened up so much from first to third floor that we had to hire somebody else to fix them because OLAN’s Woodwork didn’t want to fix it claiming that everything was our fault and our 3 month warranty expired. Excuse me, who offers a 3 month warranty on stairs that costed $8000 and are supposed to last a lifetime?When another professional came for an inspection they said the job was done poorly and the repair of all pillars and pickers will cost $800, which I payed for. If you’d like long lasting product or good customer service with proper warranties, find another company.
