My girlfriend and I wanted to switch to Verizon from a different carrier, and switch from android to Apple. Ryan made the whole process super easy and literally came in on his day off when our phones arrived ( the iPhones we wanted they had to order ) because my phone was not charging right and was on its last leg. Great customer service and very professional. Very happy we switched.

Too busy to help us file our claim. Ended up doing it online through the Verizon app while sitting at the store. 3 workers, 2 were busy with customers. 1 looked like he was straightening up then he left.

I was with total wireless and had a 3g phone that would not work in the new year. I ordered a phone by calling into Verizon once I got it came into the store as I don't know how to do any of it. Jon was very helpful moved all my stuff from old phone to new phone. Was able to get my number transfered to the new phone he was very friendly and very helpful highly advise going there for all your needs
