Cottage Country Property Maintenance

As a senior, l arranged with C C to clear my snow on a seasonal contract. After the first snow fall, the company's tractor left a snow pile in front of my garage doors, blocking them completely. I am unable to clear it myself. I contacted Tamara at the company and suggested that a blade needed to be attached to the front of their tractor so that then they could clean this area. I mistakenly thought they were using a sub contractor and that they needed to find someone with the proper equipment, as I was not the only client experiencing the same issue. It seems the tractor without the required equipment is owned by CC.I had hoped that my suggestion would improve their service, but instead, Tamara cancelled my contract and warned me not to talk to any of “her”clients.So, you don’t do a proper job, then dump the client and forbid me from discussing her horrible customer service .I would look elsewhere.
