You'd think there would be more than 2 tellers at the Oshawa Center @11am on a monday morning! They open late and close early! They really dont want you to come in... And it shows!

I had an extremely unpleasant encounter at this branch. The employees seem to be limited to basic tasks and lack knowledge when it comes to discussing the products. Today, I had a meeting with a banking representative who assisted me with activating my credit card. However, when I inquired about balance transfers pertaining to the activated credit card, she displayed a complete lack of understanding. She provided irrelevant information and became annoyed when I asked for further clarification. It is concerning that employees who are unable to assist customers with basic details are still employed and receiving compensation. I strongly advise against recommending this branch based on my experience.

The worst experience ever, myself and 8 other customers waited in line for over 40 minutes, they had 2 Tellers. They were unbothered an older man got very angry and went to the manager who was in the office and she said she was on the phone when he left she went to the other person in and joked that it's the instant culture and then we had to wait for a next 10 minutes. I got upset and went to the counter. My advice is if you don't have to go to the teller use the ATM.

Maria, the teller at the front has the Worst customer service. Can’t even communicate with customers with some manners. You’re there to help the customers. Looking at the reviews. I am not the only one talking about this Maria person. Time to take action and get rid of her

In my experience they haven't bothered to help me create a savings account which was hard for me to do on my own. Once I finally figured it out, turns out I can't transfer any money into it & I'm unsure why & they won't give any answers. I have to figure everything out on my own. However they pre approved me for overdraft protection which I do not need & the lady kept hassling me to do it when I said I DONT NEED IT. They also keep spamming me to up my credit limit via mail & notifications.

The bank is only open 3 days a week the hours for them opening and being closed is completely messed up last time I checked a lot of people get paid on a Friday or on a Thursday the last time I checked no one wants to go and do banking on Monday people need to cash your paychecks or get into the bank on a Friday so that way they can go grocery shopping and get all their bills paid on the Friday not on the Monday this location at the Oshawa center is the worst I'd advise anybody that's with this Branch to pick up Branch that's open five days a week with normal hours

The worst place to do any type of transaction. All the reviews of how slow the service is and the responses to those are always the same “we will speak to the beach manager” when? It’s Monday afternoon, there are 10 people in the line and 2 tellers. It’s absolutely ridiculous to have a branch this busy and not enough people working. Maybe instead of speaking to the branch manager someone should come by and see exactly what’s happening over here and make some executive decisions how to fix the problem because it’s every day all day the same problem.

Came today with my appointment with Mr. Aadesh Signh he is amazing spectacular costumer service.He even come and got me from the line.Very friendly,down to earth and most of all was so quick and smooth transaction Very smart guy.Tha you so much for your awesome service Sir.

Too much gossiping with customers.Have to wait so long. Only 2 tellers work.Not good service.

Only two teller working in this place. Look like their manager just enjoy to have some nice coffee in the office without helping.Nice nice team!
