Our experience was very positive. We were immediately approached upon entering the shop. We were offered excellent information about product and costs, and we were informed of discounts and specials. The salesperson (Justin) also stayed after hours to ensure that our order was properly processed. At no time were we rushed or was there ever a hint of impatience (5 out of 5)!

Decided to get my preorder Pixel 6 Pro delivered to this location and I'm so glad I did. I ended up with Zach as my service rep and he was awesome. He was super knowledgable, reviewed my current plan with me and was able to make some changes that work better for me. He was patient but determined to get everything done that was in my best interest.Perfect service. Thanks Zach.

*UpdateGot a new device a while ago...Had a GREAT experience! No matter what someone might think of telecommunications companies, the employees genuinely care about you and want you to have a good experience. Plus I got a great deal. Thanks guys! (Mackenzie sold to me and she's amazing btw)For transparency's sake...I actually worked here lol But! I did not work here when I got the phone and my experience was so good, that I decided to apply :-)

I was there half an hour before store closes to send my phone for repair. I was next in line for 25 minutes. A lady comes into the store 5 minutes before store closes. They finally start serving me and the lady who just walked in the door. Then 10 minutes after I explained my situation, they tell me that they can't process my phone's repair that day as they needed to serve the lady behind me first and that the shop was closing.

My husband went there this morning to buy an iPhone 12 mini but they refused to take cash !What kind of world is this turning into that a store will not take hard earned cash for a product! He has been a Rogers customer for decades and their customer service has been wonderful ,but no more. We have had nothing but a headache for weeks with Rogers trying to get him a new phone , apparently their motto is now that if you don’t want to go into debt with them they want nothing to do with you !

I came to this location to handle the second warranty repair on my new phone, after a poor experience at another Rogers store. Although jaded with the repair process itself, the staff at this store really impressed with how they handled my ticket from start to finish. They were friendly, helpful, professional, and completely went the extra mile for me when my phone was returned to end my experience on a good note. I’ll definitely return to this location for anything I might need in the future, (hopefully not a third repair!) and will be sure to recommend to those I know. Thanks again to the great staff!

Was thinking of upgrading our phones (Family of 4; 2 teens with older iPhones) and decided to visit the Rogers store. Maria was my helper and boy did she ever deliver. She was polite, funny, personable, and most importantly, got me the best deal. I appreciate someone working hard and Maria did just that. This store is lucky to have such great staff!

I had an awesome experience at this store. John was tremendously professional and served 3-4 people at the same time as he was on the phone helping out a couple. The energy in the store was great. John was very honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend this place for all your cellular needs. I am a very happy customer and I love my new IPhone 12 mini.
