I've been using their fixed wireless internet for 2 years because it's been a last resort for where my house is located (considered a rural area). We get decent signal during the day, enough for myself and my partner to work from home, but when 7pm hits the internet completely tanks to less than 1mbps down, and 0.01mbps up. It's $120/month for this service and I can't even stream content at night. Only use this as a last resort, because it is absolute dog water. You have better chances hotspotting with LTE.

D’ont recommend have lag issues since 2 weeks Bad service

We’ve been looking forward to upgrading to fibre optic. Installer came but couldn’t figure out how to get the wires into the house to install fibre optic. I wanted the router in the same spot we have our current cable provider’s router and he didn’t know how to do it.

Very bad customer support. If you're in the eastern townships there are more service providers available now and i don't think any can be as bad as this. (bell is much better value, and actually has agents that give you correct information)After struggling to get a billing problem fixed (over two weeks to speak to a supervisor) was told I would be refunded on my next bill only to be called a liar when I called back to see why it hadn't been done. I basically feel robbed.

My 1 Star rating is based off of my experience and not the quality of the product. My first complaint is about a Technician trespassing on my property without authorization and not even a friendly knock on the door to announce their intent. The Technician was friendly and not argumentative but I did inquire what are you doing and why? The gentleman spoke very little English so I inquired who they represent and he replied IHR. I called IHR and again a friendly voice assuming Customer Service answered and I inquired why are you trespassing and installing a device illegally on my home that I own and pay taxes on. According to them, a letter (JUNK MAIL) was sent out to all homes in my area stating that a device (box) will be installed providing Fiber optic internet. If you don't reply

Great internet service. I love that the price is rock steady too. No need to argue wit the isp weekly for discounts and new arrival offers.

Says that they're offering service in your city but when you call they don't have it - even though they list your city as 100%" served.Update:We finally received service
