Bang & Olufsen Vancouver Flagship Store

The Bang & Olufsen quality and sound is unparalleled and in a class of it's own. We had a few issues with bluetooth connections on some of our B&O headphones and B&O App so we brought it in to the Vancouver Flagship Store for help. Yunho Kim, the Manager of Sales and Marketing, took the time to help us resolve the issues. All the products we needed help with are now fixed and the sound quality is even better than before; amazing! We really appreciated the time he took to research and contact B&O engineers to resolve our issues. The store is safe and all staff/guests following all COVID-19 protocols. Thanks Kim for all your hard work and great customer service.

Yunho and Kyle are brilliant. Excellent customer service! They attended to my concerns and gave all the answers that I need to know. They’re are very accommodating and great people to speak with. B&O is the best of choice for sound. Top notch masterpiece. Above all, I had a great experience! Thank you again for your help and I really appreciate it indeed.

Best experience ever! I like the customer service with Kyle and Kim and sound quality at this flagShip store. I bought many speakers and headphones from here and I am so happy and impressed by the sound and the top quality of the materials such as top leather and aluminum. Their products no matter which one is all suit for HiFi listeners. This brand is the best compare to all other famous speakers. I have compared it with B&W, this one is way better than that.Maybe because it has a very long history almost 100 years. I really like their simple and elegant and sometimes look fancy design. I can not stop buying their products! Thanks Kyle and Kim for your time and patience to help me choose the best sound system. They also look like arts designs. Part of my home furnitures.

Upd.: The issue was resolved by new store manager. Yunho Kim was very helpful, professional and pleasant to deal with. Thank you!Frustrating experience. Bought Beoplay H9 here and in less then 3 weeks (!) noticed a rip on the cushion (obviously defective material). Store manager classified it as physical damage suggesting I cut it on purpose... and said they couldn't help so my only option is to purchase replacement cushions online. Great sound flawed by poor materials and ridiculously poor customer service, not recommended.

First time being at a Flagship store of B&O and it was an unforgettable experience! Needed home speakers for my new home and the B&O Flagship had so many choices to perfectly fit my interior not to mention the sound quality. :) They give you like 5 different color options for one speaker which is never an option for other brand audios. I will definitely add more speakers into my home to enjoy the multi-room" experience. All staffs were very kind and knowledgeable and especially loved their private demo of sound system. So happy to have the B&O Flagship in Vancouver!"

Wonderful shopping experience and an amazing store. You don't only buy great speaker here but also enjoying whole shopping experience. Ordered beosound shape from the store. Wasn't sure if speaker can be delivered to Toronto since I live in Toronto and store here closed permanently. Also wasn't sure about speaker installation since this is the speaker installed on the wall. Many uncertainties was holding me back. However, I had one of the best sale and aftersale service in life. Yunho, the store manager, arranged every single detail with me nothing to worry about. I got my speaker shipped in Toronto less than a week. When I was thinking about might need someone to install speaker, Yunho found me installer even in Toronto. Unfortunately government announced selfquarantine. Then it ended up installing speaker by myself. Yunho was always on the phone whenever I had challenging time to install the speaker until I figured everything out started to enjoy music. The store here is highly recommended.

Had an amazing experience at the B&O store today. Walked in, was greeted, and had all my needs met. I wanted to try some headphones to get a better feel of how they compare to other brands. David walked me through a few of the products, asked good questions to taylor to my preferences, and gave me ample time to listen to a variety of content on both my own phone and their iPad. I didn't feel pressured to buy the more expensive product, and David was very knowledgeable about comparables and the subjectivity of sound.Really cool to get a chance to listen to the H95s that everyone raves about, too.

Yunho Kim has been exceptional in his professionalism and patience. Particularly in the arena of client service. His knowledge of the various B&o products is deep. And, when he can’t answer or find a solution immediately, he makes a concerted effort to do so and revert.I have dealt with B&o stores in Calgary & Edmonton (when they had one) as well as Toronto, Seattle, Vegas, New York, San Francisco, London England and Malaysia.This Vancouver shop is a cut above.

Always been a fan of Bang & Olufsen and so happy with the Beosound Stage purchase here at the flagship store. Kyle provided excellent customer service during my visit. He gave me a detailed demo and answered all the questions that I need to know. Will definitely come back and visit again!

Don’t waste your time with this store, terrible communication! I was ready to buy a $5k speaker and just needed to confirm it was in stock - called five times in a day and they wouldn’t answer their phone, just sent to hold then eventually hung up on me. Bought from another store that was happy to take my business.
