Khokhar's renovated my rental basement this past month. The project manager made sure there was regular communication between us. The crew delivered very reliable professional work. Also, important to note that khokhar renovations pricing was well within the range of other comparable companies. Everything was explained beforehand if any additional work was required. We got khokhar renovations to completely gut and renovate our basement. This was not an easy job because it was a 70 + year old basement/house. Full basement Reno including new bathroom, kitchen, living area, furnace room and spare room with all new plumbing, electrical, fixture installations, brand new beautiful flooring across the entire unit and stairway, new kitchen countertops, pot lights in the living room, door replacements and painting. and his team were up for the challenge, and when issues arose as they inevitably do on such an old home, he offered solutions and fixes that were reassuring. Throughout the entire process khokhar renovations was wonderful at communicating updates and offering meaningful insight structurally and aesthetically. He is also the most accommodating person you’ll meet, and will go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I had my Bathrooms re-done by khokhar renovations. Expanded the main floor powder room from a two piece to a three adding a shower. Had the Main bathroom redone, and complete gutted the Master suite to add a walk-in closet, freestanding tub, and walk-in shower. There were issues along the way,The tile work and finishes are just beautiful I very pleased with how it has turned out.

Khokhar renovations renovated my bathroom and I am thoroughly delighted with the result. I provided a design/inspiration schematic, identified additional ‘wants’, and incorporated the welcome suggestion of a micro concrete floor that looks great and requires little, if any, ongoing maintenance. Khokhar's team showed up every day (on time!) until the work was completed – a rare occurrence in the renovation industry. The team was professional, personable and performed quality work. Minor modification requests were accommodated with ease. I highly recommend Khokhar renovations and plan to use them again when it’s time to reno my kitchen. Hands down 5/5!!!

Khokhar renovations completed our Luxstone shower project in a few days. It's beautiful, very functional and exactly as promised. The entire process was pleasant and easy. We love it and recommend it to anyone who needs a new shower. The bathroom is small, so it was hard to get full pictures before and after, but you should be able to get an idea from these.
