Usually good service but the Customer Service skills and backtalk from the female employee today was horrendous enough that I left my potential purchases behind and left the store. Hours of operation could also be better.

Convenience is the only reason I go here. Very overpriced compared to any other store offering similar products. I'll go elsewhere for large purchase needs.

I decided to replace my roof myself after getting Mediocre estimates. I installed drip edges and dedicated bathroom and kitchen exhaust vent. The staff at Danforth Roofing was very pleasant and Professional. I placed my order at their Scarborough location and opted for their flat $80 Delivery. Their staff followed my Dad's direction when they dropped off the stuff. Which saved me a lot of time moving and reorganizing the Materials. I miscounted the amount of waste from hip shingles and again the staff was very helpful. They matched the shingles and even loaded the bundles. I also visited their Danforth location to purchase drip edge and Tremco caulking which is closer to my work. Again their service was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend their Expertise and their vast selection of Products. Just a side note: Danforth Roofing can place order on specialty items but require a few weeks; had I known I would have opted for a double turtle vent for extra NFA.

Solid contractor oriented operation but open to the public, with products that can't be found at the big-box retailers. They appear to know their products and were helpful on the phone and at the Midwest Rd. location. (I bought some caulking in a colour I couldn't find elsewhere, but needed for a weather-proofing job.)
