What a complete joke this business is. they will take your money but what you will get in return is delays and excuses upon excuses. They are completely unaware of what the status is for any orders. All you will get when you phone is 'I dunno' over and over. Advice to Spectrum. This is business during COVID. If you piss all of your customers off now, you will NEVER get them back.Good luck....your goods are not that unique to warrant the aggravation of ordering from you.

Great spot for educational supplies. The ladies are always helpful and I have been able to find lots of cool items for my son who has special needs. Plus some stuff gives you great ideas for lessons or learning opportunities. Get a catalogue as well as they have even more items available to order! I will definitely be returning!

Good selection of farm products and competitive pricing. Please ship items FASTER though, or show what your order speed is. I ordered important items on a Tuesday night hoping to have them for a Sunday job, they were shipped Friday and arrived on Monday. I did speak to customer service requesting shipping by Thursday, but it didn't happen. Most online ordering systems indicate whether it's next day delivery, multiple days, etc. Adding this to your website would really help the consumer. Thanks!

Great selection of educational materials. Many of the materials are hard to find in a physical store really anywhere else. High quality, think Scholars Choice but narrowed in on educational materials.

I don't think I would ever go to this particular store in Newmarket. Perhaps other Spectrums in other areas. The customer service was absolutely horrible!! I felt completely ignored and like a second class citizen. Whoever runs this store has no manners. She was very attentive to other customers (possibly teachers, and maybe she had served them before) but she completely ignored my family. Not even a hello. I was standing there with a visual timer expressing my frustration that I did not know the price, she was too busy with another customer to even give me the time of day. Even when I went to pay- I was still ignored. She was one of the worst people I have ever seen in customer service. She shouldn't be working in customer service at all. She totally ruined my day. I wanted to get a few nice things for my son but I couldn't find out any information about any of the items because I was completely ignored whilst in the store. I left without buying the items I was interested in because I couldn't get the time of day from anyone (and there were 2 ladies in the store both of whom made me feel completely uncomfortable). I feel if they have this bad of an attitude- they shouldn't be running a store. This is not the business for them. Furthermore I think they were bothered that I actually brought my child into the store, which is pretty sad considering its a childs toy and educational store. Would never go back and would never give these people any of my money not with the way they treated me

Loved this store! Lots of different options at a great price. Leaning toys, school and church supplies and lots of craft supplies. They also have a huge catalogue with more options that you can order from. Looking forward to going there again.

Nice place for buying educational kids stuff. It's pretty far, but they have a good selection and some good prices. Occasionally they might have a sale. Their catalogue is quite extensive.
