Working with Cait was fabulous. We were on a tight timeline, and got everything done very quickly and efficiently. Cait was very knowledgeable, and was able to advise us for the ideal mortgage for our needs. Being able to accomplish everything online was exactly what we needed, since we live hours away. Also, since it was all done online (and by phone) we weren’t tied to regular office hours either- which was perfect for our tight timeline and busy lives/ shift work.
