TV SERVICE NO GOOD! Repairs carry no warranty with used parts.Loss of $360NOT Recommended

Ordered a board for my TV. It arrived in a reasonable time but Canada Post left it in a snowbank. By the time I got to it, the box was wet. I took it in and made sure it dried out for 24 hours before installing just in case. Board didn't work. Contacted Best Tv Parts Plus, and they put all the blame on shipping. Refused to do anything whatsoever. Waste of money and time. I won't order from them again.They also didn’t put time stamps on their reply. They completely ignored my first attempt at a resolution and then never replied to the insurance inquiry. Communication with this company is horrendous.Side note…. They responded same day to the review. Go figure

I bought a power supply part in their website. The part arrived on time, the communication from the seller was complete and consistent. The price was good. I'd use them again if I need to.

All of the reviews I read about this company were glowing, and now I’m going to add my own accolades to the chorus.First, the prices are truly unbeatable.Second, the online ordering process is really easy.Third, a couple of days after I placed the order I went to the website to check the status and initiated an online chat - which was answered by Stephen immediately. He apologized for being a day behind because of a major snowstorm but then asked when I needed the part. Then he promised to get it to me before 16:30 on Saturday afternoon - and it was hand delivered by a courier with 6 minutes to spare!Awesome service, unbelievable prices, great availability of stock. It’s really refreshing to deal with such a high quality organization. I wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars because they really deserve it.

The other day lightning cooked my tv.So I ordered some parts from them.One part did not fit my tv. Quickly they sent me a replacement part for free.Great service! I highly recommend to everyone.

Two of my televisions were damaged due to a power surge. Without question the price on-line quoted by Best TV Parts Plus was substantial lower than anywhere else. I placed an on-line order for two power boards and picked them up at their Toronto location. Service was outstanding. Staff treated me like a valued customer and were friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I installed the boards and now have two working televisions at a fraction of the price it would have been had I taken them to a repair shop. Thanks to all the staff for making this such a positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My Sony XRB-60X830F mother board developed strange behaviour. I check around and the prices were so high that I contemplated buying a new TV. Then I found Best Parts Plus" and boy oh boy was I pleasantly surprised. I ordered the part and it arrived quickly. I replaced the defective one with it and after upgrading the software

The prices are very good compared to what I found on other sites. I ordered a power board for my LG TV and it was shipped out the next day. Unfortunately Canada Post lost the package. When I contacted the shop about the problem they shipped out a new board right away. Great customer service. Thank you, Best TV parts Plus.

I had bought a part from these guys, which was fine. But asking them questions seems to be a hassle. We were emailing back and forth to which the guy was very short in his answers, it just seemed like he didn't want to help much. I was right. I asked him one more question and he stopped emailing me. Unprofessional in my opinion if you want business.
