Mr. Lube + Tires

We had an incredible experience at this Mr Lube location. Extremely professional and expertise service. Vignesh helped us and was very passionate about his work, taking time to explain everything he was doing from changing oil to brake fluid and more. He put our safety first and made recommendations based on that. He was very pleasant to work with and has excellent customer service. Very friendly and talented - we are from out of town and visit Windsor often so will only come back for service at this location because of him. Thank you!

I went there for car oil change (synthetic oil) service 2 times. They told us that my car will show maintenance due light, when my car need a oil change. They said light will show after 10,000 km. But maintenance light showed at 5,000 both times. Then I went again to Mr Lube to ask them why my car show’s maintenance due but they did not answer us they just reset the system. Oil quality was really poor.I went there today to tell them about same problem but New girl told me my car need a transmission oil change and told me every 5 years it needs to be changed. I already changed my transmission oil 3 month ago. They hire unprofessional people who don’t have any knowledge about cars and oils. Manger is also rude. I will never recommend this location. It was the worst experience.

Damien was exceptional! He made me feel welcome and comfortable the minute I pulled up. He knew everything he was talking about and even took the time to make sure I knew what he was talking about. Amazing service!

Vignesh , daymien ,Helly,AB did a good job with oil change and they were so friendly and helpful

HiI had my flat tire and visited this branch the other day (june 11,2023) . The tire technician told me it will be $ 39.99 + tax . And then after putting my car on jack he said i need a new tire . And he cannot install the spare tire because i have different rooters pads . I asked him to putt back my tire so that i can tow it . He charged me $51 for just putting my car on stand also he didn’t let me know in advance that they charge for this thing . Secondly they had a new paint job done on floor which got all over my car and its not easy to remove . Overall its very bad experience. The owner should look into this and take care of it.

It's absolutely unacceptable that the staff at this MrLube were unqualified to find certain parts that’s a perfect fit for cars and tried to use parts that weren't even fit for that car or model. Furthermore, it's reprehensible that when confronted about this issue, they laughed and apologized as though it was a mere inconvenience rather than a serious problem. I drive an expensive german vehicle and felt the need to patronize the local business. I won’t advice anyone to visit this shop. I have been to other mr lube and would say is location is by far the worst!.After my review I got a call from the store to take down this review, citing a call from the headquarters was made instructing them to ask me to take down the picture I added of the location.

Mr Vignesh and Abdur did a wonderful job in servicing my car. It was my first service and highly satisfied with the service

Daymien was great! He walked me through what was going wrong with my car, and explained in a way a very much non-car guy could understand. Also got the chance to see how he talks to his employees, always respectful and proper

When I pulled into Mr.Lube I was super nervous as it was my first time requesting work done to my vehicle. Daymien was incredibly welcoming, friendly and approachable. He immediately offered his services in a helpful manner without being pushy in any way. Will definitely come back. Thank you so very much for the wonderful stress free service daymien!!
