Ryna's Nails Finch & Kipling

This people are honestly sick, they talk in their own language and they disrespect you. I went their 2 times and every-time they did something wrong and they hurt you while doing nails, when you say them something they start talking in different language amongst themselves. This is honestly so disrespectful. And usually no body know what they are doing they don’t have any manners how to behave in front of customers. I honestly would really not recommend anyone to go here, they are so rude.

Toenail shellac peeled off on two toes the same day and then 3 other toes the next day, one toe is also chipped, never going to any rynas nails locations again. You’re just a number, and they try to get you in and out as fast as possible. Horrible but they don’t care, also horrible hygiene, no cleaning of tools etc. don’t know how this is legal (it’s probably not)

Whenever I go, I ask for Tammy.. She is amazing, makes you feel relaxed, be it for manicure, pedicure or waxing.. She is perfect in everything. 100/10 would recommend them.

If there was a star for less than 1 I would rate it that. I have been here twice and both times I received terrible service. I wanted to treat myself to a mani and pedi and the result was so bad. When i first sat I informed her that last time i came here the shellac did not last and she said oh maybe the person was new and goes on to do the same thing. I told her that the shellac is going to chip because the coats were not proper and her response was oh no that's just your skin. I did both mani and pedi on July 2nd and when I got home one of the nails chipped and within five days each nail had a chip. a shellac mani is suppose to last at least two weeks mine didn't even last a week and it was all falling apart. As for pricing it is like they change it every day. I went in two months ago and a shellac mani and pedi was $60 and then on July 2nd it was $75. I do not mind paying but the service I got for that price I honestly could have done it better myself. If you want great service I suggest you find some other place.

i’ve been going to this salon for years now and honestly it’s the best one. the nail tech I always go to is Kelly and honestly she’s the best. she does my nails the best, I’m always walking out happy. everyone there is literally so nice, all employees are super nice and polite. i recommend you guys coming here, you won’t regret it!

Workers are very impolite, rude to customers. They do what ever they want to do not what has been requested by the customer mad are very unprofessional and on top of that very expensive not to deliver the proper work asked

Kelly has an attitude and is a lair. Every two minutes she says a price. Her attitude is so nasty. She says to me “oh you don’t know who your talking to girl I’m Kelly”… she was horrible and when I say horrible it’s not enough. I usually don’t do my nails with her but it just happened to be that the lady I do my nails with was off. The management is horrible as well as they didn’t train their employees in customer service and left them in the store to act and say whatever they want to customers. I have encountered really bad customer services for the past 3 visits. At first I thought it’s me but I have been going there for the past 7 years and the management don’t respect your loyalty… Sadly, I invested in your business and showed up for the past 7 years starting from Kipling location near Rabba. You lost a very loyal customer.Just a side note to tell all your employees You can’t scam a person who’s been coming to your salon for years……. We know the prices…

I’m not normally one to do my nails but whenever there is a special occasion I’ll always go to Ryna’s. Reliable, clean and well priced. My nails always look beautiful
