The portions at Boustan are very generous and I was completely satisfied with my order. The prices are also very reasonable, especially given the quality and quantity of food you get.Also, the service at Boustan was fast and efficient.

I am and will always be a big fan of Boustan. From its very beginnings on crescent to it exceptional growth over the past several years. I have gone twice now to this location and both times have not been up to he Boustan standard.Both times they manage to ruin the classic potatoes as they are under seasoned and under cooked. They overload the pita with coleslaw to make you think it’s full and put very little meat. Talking about the meat, both time the meat was cold. Not trimmed off Hot in what I would assume would be an attempt to not waste or speed up service time is simply a bad practice.The head office needs to do a quality control of this location and new training of these operators. Or simply get new operators as they are ruining Boustan’s good name. Whom ever here left a good review has probably never had a good shawarma or has never been to any other Boustan location.

Restaurant Boustan
The menu at Boustan Restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including classic and contemporary Middle Eastern dishes. I ordered their famous shawarma and it exceeded all my expectations. The meat was tender and juicy, spicy spices added a unique taste, and crispy pita bread and fresh vegetables completed this gastronomic masterpiece.

When this location opened, the food was great! Really appreciated the quality of both the meats and salads. My last 3 visits were quite terrible and on the last one, I had to throw out the platter after two bites (takeout or I would have said something if I dined in). I'll definitely agree with some of the recent reviews. I found the beef to have very chewy parts and many more lumps of fat than previously. The salad also tasted off by quite a bit, almost a fermented taste to it that I'm sure wasn't intentional (I've been having the same meal every time as this Boustan and others so I know what it should taste like). I now go to the location in Vaudreuil. A bit more of a drive but their quality is consistent. It's too bad, this location is convenient. After 3 bad experiences in a row, I think I'm done with this one.

Way too much salt in the chicken and beef. They're using it as a preservative so the meat is likely not fresh at all. Not like the other boustan restaurants. Don't waste your time you're just going to spend money on gross food.

Good food, nice options. I had the mixed plate I felt like the beef had some tendons or fat bits. I.e: tough to chew)

I used to know the owner of the original boustan and he always said the quality will go down if more locations open. He ended up selling the business and they sprung up all over the place and he was 100% right. The quality has gone down. The food is still good at this location but tonight I'm kinda disappointed. The food was cold. I live 5 mins from here and it should still be so hot. The potatoes seemed like they were cooked hours ago. And now they are serving the plates in bowls. I don't like the food all mixed together and not enough garlic sauce in the little plastic containers. The salad gets buried under the chicken also. The salad used to be my favorite with a good amount of tahini sauce. I dunno.. as much as I like boustan I'm not happy paying 20$ for a bowl of mixed food. It's a pain having to scoop out some garlic and try to eat out of a bowl of mixed mess. I didn't even finish half the plate before I ran out of garlic sauce and just annoyed with the way the bowl is setup. I think it's time to take a pause from boustan.. Amir is around the corner.
