Horrible customer service .Tried to book appointment in the morning and was hung up on and told repeatedly they are fully booked the entire day. Decided to walk in the same day and three overweight unattractive females were available. Why would you tell customers you are booked when you have attendants sitting there doing nothing?

PERFECT SPA , it's my third time been to this spa, really friendly and nice front desk help me to check what I need, and send the right masseuse to me all the time, happy with the girls everytime, will send more friends to this place.

live nearby decided to give this place a go for the first time went for a 60 minute massage option middle aged asian lady enters few minutes later says get on table was not aware this place is a full fledged asian massage parlour she wanted to know which extra services I was paying for right away felt extremely uncomfortable she was not attractive whatsoever did some googling when I got home they ad on places like massage plant massage parlour forums online most definitely sure all those girls do not have any legitimate license to practice massage therapy (RMT) lady I got almost broke my back she kept pressing down on spine with forearm even though I told her again and again and again it hurts was extremely rude the entire time after since I wasn’t getting any extras she was offering how is this massage parlour stays business disguised as a legitimate wellness/massage therapy (RMT) clinic……….what a shocker had to writing this for other to beware in case they stumble upon this place expecting a professional massage like I did would give it a no star review if it was an option

This is my go to spa after a round of golf. Great customer service and good to great massage. Yoyo is my fav there with her unique style massage.

I’ve been so many spas, this ocean motion spa is my best favourite spa now. Friendly stuff, professional customer services. Thanks for your girls great work and I am really satisfied. See you soon

I’ve been in Ocean Motion for many times. However has had no chance to write a review for them.Definitely recommend it to anyone. First, the girl who seats at the reception is very nice and supportive. Spa manager really cares about customers and always makes sure that customers feel comfortable and are happy with the service. It’s a relaxing environment.The girls are all kind, skilled and friendly. To me, Summer has been the best so far, very funny, kind, professional in her job and super friendly. You enjoy every moment of being in Ocean Motion.

It was a great experience! So much so that I gifted my sibling with a visit after my own. I originally learnt about the spa through a facial Groupon offer. Following another person's review I ended up purchasing a 1hr massage directly at the spa after my facial. All the technicians were very friendly and professional, and the clinic environment was very clean and relaxing.Some things to note: if you're interested after the Groupon ad, the facial is a hydrafacial using ProFacial. The overall facial used the ProFacial + traditional facial (extraction, masks, etc) + some other things I can't recall but quite enjoyed. I was very happy with the results. The massage was relaxing and tailored to my needs plus I appreciated that they were generous with the time. I would definitely do it all again in the future :)

I recently made a call to inquire about facials at this establishment I had visited a few years ago using a Groupon. However, my recent interaction with them left me confused and suspicious. Despite their website showcasing a range of specials, the individuals I spoke to insisted that no specials were available and seemed uncertain about their own services. The receptionist mentioned she would call me back after finding out more information on their offerings. I was inform they exclusively offer massages." This entire experience was odd."
