TownePlace Suites by Marriott Sudbury

Staff here were helpful and super friendly. The newly renovated modern room we stayed in was spacious, very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel was a little bit of a drive from the Trans-Canada highway, but it was well worth the extra couple minutes for us while driving across Canada.

We had a great stay! Kids enjoyed the pool and the staff was very friendly. Good breakfast with make-your-own waffles. Lots of shopping near-by. Awesome. We will come back next time we're in Sudbury.

Very well appointed room. Beds are standard and not particularly comfortable. Bathrooms are tiny. Amenities were closed at my visit but seem quite satisfactory. Very clean. Staff were excellent.

The hotel is undergoing pretty significant renovations throughout, and unfortunately the pool wasn't available at the time of our stay. I booked last minute and was unable to cancel once I realized this, and feel that the price was a little high for there being limited amenities. The hotel staff are excellent though and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. I will definitely return once the renovations are completed.

The room was amazing. It has a full size fridge, a 2 burner hot plate, dishwasher, and everything a little kitchen needs including pots, pans, plates cutlery and kitchen utensils. Great if you want to cook your own food. The staff is extremely helpful and super friendly as well. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic as well

I was here was 4 nights due to work . The room is good but the AC unit did't cool the room. Also after the first 2 nights the staff didn't really care about making the beds properly. I am paying $200 a night to sleep on the bed so I expect the beds to be made everyday with precision, are and love. I will add that the staff is polite but didn't do anything when I mentioned my grivences. I hope Marriott looks into their SOPs to further enchace the customer's experience and expectations.

Nice rooms, building was under some serious construction at the time of my stay as well when we went to the pool facility more than half the pool was reserved for the slides exit. After 50 mins we were asked to leave as to many people in the pool area. Nice to have the pool but limited access.

The beds are comfortable, room spacious. The pool and slide were a hit with the kids, and the hot tub was a hit for the adults! Mary at breakfast was great, check in Monday night (Philip, I think) and Noah the life guard provided great customer service as well. Cleaning lady on our floor was really friendly as well. Breakfast was included and has a variety of items hot and cold, not the best breakfast on the planet but good to start your day - fruit, yogurt, cereal, eggs, sausage, cheese, bagel, toast, waffles, juices and coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

I came at 10 am and initially they informed that they are not able to provide me a room because they were sold out and I have to wait until 4pm for guaranteed check in although I have requested an early check in few days before I came. But the general Manager, Nicole and Front Desk, Abrar, were both able to accommodate me. They were very kind and helpful! I was so sleepy, been up since 4am for my flight to Sudbury and these people were able to help me with my early check in despite their rooms being sold out. Nicole was able to get help from her housekeeping team to provide me a clean room!The room is clean and it’s comfortable! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice. Clean , quiet. Great attitudes from all whom assisted and served. Excellent menu. Prices very good for such a highly established chain!
