CES Toronto - English School - Official IELTS - OET Exam Centre

Great place to sit the IELTS exams. The staff are very friendly, which can help to calm anyone that might be nervous. Email correspondence was very useful and provided good information as well as timely reminders. Alex in particular was great in helping to reschedule a test for me. Would highly recommend this test centre.

The staff is friendly and I had a nice experience there except for a glitch while entering. It was a sunday morning and we were expected to report for a 10 am IELTS exam by 9.45. but when we reached there , all doors were locked and the elevator didn't work (the center is on 3rd floor ) . We tried calling their phone but since it was a sunday ,nobody picked our phone. We were panicking a about missing our exam when exactly at 9.50someone came to escort us to the centre . This could have easily been avoided if this information was provided on email or atleast a notice was put up at the centre. Hope the centre address this issue.

Due to my mistake, I gave the wrong test type when I signed up for IELTS. So I called the staff to transfer to another type of the test. The staff was very enthusiastic and patient, and helped me solve the problem efficiently and answered my all questions . Service attitude and work efficiency are very high, I am very happy to choose CES test center this time, and I really have a very happy user experience here.

I did my IELTS exam here. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is so convenient for ppl who take TTC, just 3 minutes walk from Dundas station. for Listening test(paper-based) recording was played on speakers and their sound system was perfect. Speaking examiner was a very nice lady. Thank you CES.

I will recommend CES to anyone who asks me. The experience of studying at CES was amazing and perfect.

I wrote my test here and had a really great experience. I heard horror stories from my friends about writing at other centres so I was not expecting much coming into this one. First of all, the staff here are so friendly and you can tell that they actually care. They were very helpful in answering any of my questions. The paper-based test was played on speakers and their sound system was excellent, I had no issues hearing clearly. I found that the process of how they ran the test was very organized and not like how my friends told me about other locations. Also I saw the staff sanitizing the testing area after the test which really relieved my nervousness writing in a public area during this time. Hope that I won’t need to write again but if I do I will be coming back to this location!

It’s a really nice school, people are very friendly helpful and the teachers have a lot of knowledge.

The classes are good and the teachers also always answer all your questions and support you at all times.

The experience with CES Toronto has been really good .I am really thankful for the support and guidance provided by Mr Michael Chau regarding exam accommodation.I would recommend CES Toronto to anyone who will be appearing for their IELTS exam .
