Thank you technician Sung for patiently helping me with my many xrays. The receptionist was also very nice when I asked questions. Less than an hour in total for my xray appointment when I came at 9.30 am on a Saturday.

Horrible place. The receptionist is cold and looks very disinterested in her job. The worst of all is the person who did the ultrasound her name is Yan ". She was screaming at me no reason. Rolled her eyes every time I had a question. Didn't answer any questions and was glaring at me and my husband . Would not recommend."

Visited this place on Feb 3rd for Ultrasound and had a pleasant experience. Check in is quick and got my test done on time. Frontdesk staff is courteous and efficient. The technician that performed my test takes time to explain about what she is doing.I came back again today to pick up my report and had the same pleasant experience. I didnt have to wait long for my report. It was nicely handed to me in an envelope after I paid $10.Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Yesterday I had my ultrasound done from here and *Tiara*...was my Sonographer she is very kind, helpful, humble, active young and smart girl .... indeed she is really doing great work in her field.She did my ultrasound and treated me very nicely. I was very happy after my ultrasound with her.Really appreciate her.❤️❤️I wish her all all the best and Success in her life.

I have to say that the ultrasound technician was not patient at all. He refused to make a friendly conversation. Always replied with a NO to our questions and waited impatiently outside the room while my husband was getting dressed after the process. We both felt we were not welcomed here. This was the most frustrating experience we’ve had in years. We are definitely not coming back to this place again. If you choose this place, I suggest you think twice.

We had very positive experiences with my daughter yesterday. We arrived 15 min prior exam, and were called right on time we had an appointment. The technician Lana was very friendly, she asked my daughter was it here first time or not at ultrasound exam. We had 3 exams, and Lana was very professional. Also the receptionist answered on all of our questions and explained when the result will be ready. Thank you.

Today was my third visit to this office for doing ultrasound. The receptionist was not friendly at all like the other two times! The technician was not talking to me when he was doing the test and when I asked him if my partner can come in, he said you can call him. I told him my phone is in my bag and he gave me my bag while I was lying on my back for the test (could barely move in that position). He could have brought my partner in himself like what his college did during my last visit.

I'm not sure why this location has such low ratings. Both the female at intake and the female technician here were extremely warm and welcoming. They ensured that I felt safe and comfortable the entire time and treated me with utmost respect. Thank you again for turning what was a terrifying experience for me into something extremely positive. Highly recommend.

I'm not sure why this clinic has poor reviews.I arrived to my appointment just on time (I could not make it 15 minutes before as suggested on my requisition) and I was not given any attitude from the reception. In fact she was friendly, saw me right away and offered my husband and I a mask since we forgot ours and it was mandatory to wear one in the clinic (there was a big sign on the door).The waiting room was full, but it moved quickly. I waited for less than 10 minutes and it was my turn. I consider this to be expected as sometimes I wait for longer at my own family doctors office.During my scan, the technician was professional and thorough. He did what he had to do and then after showed and explained to me what he was looking at. We then brought in my husband to share the news.Overall my experience was positive and I would definitely come back here again!
