I was happy to go in for my usual order they had run out of the big bags so she gave me two smaller bags for the price of one big bag I was thrilled they would do that so i could get that same value very good customer service

My cats didn't enjoy the grain free wellness brand (Salmon) I believe it was that I bought but oh well, I'll try another one sometime. I do enjoy coming here for silica crystals for my kitties & seeing other ppls babies while I shop ! The staff are quick to come ask you if may need help. It's a good store !

Popped in here to take a look and I think it's my favourite pet store in Sydney. The sales associate was so helpful in finding me a good new pet food for my older dog. She's so picky but loved it! I came back for more and they had the type recorded in their system so I didn't have to try to remember which brand it was. Really lovely store

This is our go-to pet store. The staff is always amazing, friendly and helpful. They've always taken the time to chat with us and treat our Frenchie like he's family. This store should be everyone's first stop if they need something for their furry family members.
