The sales manager explained clearly the right system for me and answered all the questions I had. in my case, it is difficult to run the pipe in the finished basement plus the furnace is far away from the outside wall. The sales manager and their installer made an extra effort, they came a day before the installation, discussed with me the best and worse scenarios what would happen, on the day of installation, the installer did it in the way of difficult for him to do the job but better for me, the results exceeded my expectations. I am grateful for your professionalism and thank you for your hard work and excellent service.

HomeStar installed a new Lennox furnace for my home this November 2022. They were very professional from start to finish. HomeStar installed this on behalf of Costco so I had a peace of mind knowing that I could go to Costco if there were any issues. HomeStar's consultant, Lawrence, thoroughly explained all the available options and pricing beforehand. He promptly answered all my questions whether it be in person, email, or text. I was able to choose the start date (as the very next day) and they kindly accommodated my request. They sent their installer, Sam, to complete the installation and I was happy that Sam was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully install the furnace and explained what he was doing at all times. They also hauled away the old furnace from my property so I didn't have to do it myself. The installation of my new furnace & humidifier (106224 ) was well done. The techs cleaned up after themselves and laid down carpet so they didn’t drag dirt into the house, as they went back and forth from their van. The units they installed have been working flawlessly for 2 weeks now and the house is much better heated than my prior unit. I was happy dealing with the sales rep, Cormac, as well. He was knowledgeable and responsive. Homestar Heating work directly with Costco so they r also endorsed by them. Time will tell, but for now, they delivered on what they said they would do.

There was also no pressure to purchase anything during our first meeting.The installation was also very easy. Everything was done in one day and the installers were friendly and helpful.We found HomeStar through Costco, and we 100% recommend their services. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional.First, I worked with Tony, the salesman, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to assess the size of my house and recommend an efficient air conditioner that would meet my needs. He patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with the decision.The purchase was made through Costco, which meant I received a 15% cash card on the value of the air con unit and installation cost. This was a great bonus that made the whole experience even more worthwhile. And I was pleasantly surprised to receive the cash card within just three weeks of the installation - a very efficient process.The installation itself was done quickly and efficiently, with a team of experienced technicians working diligently to get everything up and running. I was impressed by their attention to detail and the care they took to ensure everything was installed properly.Since the installation, I've been using the new air conditioner for only two days and have had no problems whatsoever. I'm hopeful that it will continue to work well for years to come, and that Homestar will honor the ten-year warranty should anything go wrong.I hope that if anything does go wrong, I can count on their support to address the issue and they will be as responsive and professional as they were during the installation process.I also plan to make a follow-up review in two to five years' time to ensure that their after-sales service is as good as their installation
