I don’t recommend. I called asking if there was walk in availability as I got into a car accident and wanted to get checked. Their website advertises that.They said there was a doctor available for walk ins and would call me back. I waited 2 hours and no one phoned me. So I phoned back and then they said the doctor was almost finished their shift and there was no appointments available, so I asked for the next day and they said there isn’t any walk in availability. People are going through tough times right now, the least you can do is follow up right away so I can search for a new walk in clinic to go to as my head was pounding and getting worse.

Thank Dr. Victor for clearing my ear so quickly and dealing with my sensitivity kindly. Great service from this Doctor as well as a kind, polite, and patient receptionist who got me in and out in less than an hour. Thank you !

I went for a meet and greet but didn't stay long enough to see a doctor. I didn't realize it was a walk-in clinic, their website doesn't mention that. I didn't like that. Then they took me to a small cramped hallway with another patient to take medical information. Never mind 6 feet apart they didn't even give us 6 inches. 4 people in a cramped space is not hygenic and doesn't give any room for patient confidentiality. The lack of professionalism in this regard made me leave immediately. This is a terrible set up for proper care and feeling like it is a place where you are safe and staff can be trusted.

I came to see a dr at this location and it was obvious that the MOA working at the front desk didn't want to be there. She was not pleasant at all. Made zero eye contact. She seemed bothered that i was there. She was unpleasant with another patient. I heard her getting short with someone on the phone too. There is certainly an opportunity for coaching the front end staff, the reviews below mine prove that customer service could be improved.I understand that front end staff deal with a lot. I know they are not always treated well. However, i was not the patient berating her. I was the patient who was kind and was only there to see the dr.To management staff would you please review some of the negative reviews and perhaps take the time to coach staff on how to provide better patient service.Thank you.

Terrible front staff. Always rude and asked to arrive 10 minutes before my appointment or they threaten to cancel your appointment. Last time i arrived 10 minutes early and one receptionist checked me in after 5 minutes. And then another receptionist brought me to the back a few minutes later and was mad that i didn’t arrive 10 minutes early…when i did arrive early and it was their fault. Good experience with doctors but terrible experience with front staff.

My first experience went really smooth. My second time coming back I waited over 40 mins past my appt time. When I asked how much longer it would be I was simply told to sit back down and wait. I finally saw the doctor and was sitting in the parking lot when I realized my birth year was wrong on my prescription. I went back in and waited for a new prescription, bringing my total time at the the clinic to 1hr for a 5 minute appt. I’ve just gotten home to realize my address is also wrong on my prescription.

Dr.K. De Silva is our family doctor since 2019, she is the best Doctor. Staff are friendly and nice .thanks the place is clean.

Dr Schaub has been my husband and my family doctor since 2015. He is the best doctor. I actually dont speak English well but Dr Schaub always try to listen carefully and use time as long as for me. He also always talk and teach me a lot until I can feel safety. My husband and I are so glad that Dr Schaub is our family doctor!The reception also nice and friendly ladies.

This place is advertising walk-in medical clinic so we went in there. The lady was rude right off the start, she then spoke with the doctor and then advised us that the doctor will see you. We asked how much time would we have to wait, we were then advised that they fully booked and they would see us if there is a no show. This means that we could be waiting 1 hour or 4 hours. This is ridiculous and when I asked again if she can check with the doctor then she said no and this is just the way it would be. In other words if all the patients showed up then we would have had to wait for nothing. Please avoid this walk-in clinic and save your time.
