Our experience was horrible. The PSW they sent was great however, they agreed to one rate then charged $10/hr more! They also over charged hours. We were told we were going to get a credit but that hasn't happen. Second invoice we got was also over charged by $10/hr.

We hired NND for our COVID-19 daily screening since we are an essential business. They have been able to provide staff each week through the pandemic situation (not an easy task given the high demand for healthcare workers at this time). We have been extremely grateful to have friendly, knowledgeable and helpful PSW's, RPN's, and RN's. We were especially impressed with both Bridget and Abi-they have been amazing! Highly recommend Nurse Next Door.

I used the services of Nurse Next Door in May, 2019. I have tried for 5 months to get copies of detailed invoices to submit to my Health Insurance carrier to no avail. Right now I am getting the run around of unkept promises.
