Its awesome that when the ATM goes down, so does the one on Bayfield, leaving me with absolutely no options in this city to make an emergency deposit until you open back up 15.5 hrs later.

I would like to say thank you to Leanne at the Bayfield NBC she was more then helpful she was great all the lady's in there are great. If anyone is looking for a good bank to deal with go to NBC on Bayfield you will be treated right. Thank you to you all

I bank here and the traditional old school banking hours don't bother me. If you're still going to your bank all the time in 2018 you should probably try using a computer or an app on your phone. When I do have to go in the bank, there's never a line and I'm finished quickly.

If there would be an option, not to give any stars, I would, went to the bank just now to get cash, unfortunately teller Cathy Fileccia decide that I can only withdraw 2000 dollars, even there is money on the account. Worst bank ever STAY AWAY from this bank.Disgusting customer service.Updates after a month.Me and my wife went the bank to close all our accounts obviously!!Also we found out that Cathy Fileccia reported us that we are laundering money.Manager contacted me few days after that asking if I can remove the negative review because it’s it’s agains the law lol, no apologies whatsoever, next step we are going to make formal complaint how they treat people.

ATM rejected my debit card even though they are supposed to be part of the Exchange network for credit unions. Went to my home branch and they said the card was OK. It worked at my home branch but not here.

Do not get a Mortgage with this bank! we made the mistake of getting a Mortgage with them and it has been a living nightmare. Every step of the way there was mistakes made ... complete incompetence and the worst customer service I have received in my entire life. It has got to the point that we are going to pay a $17000 penalty just to get away from them.

Great experiences with John and Leann who handled my unique issue knowledgeably and speedily. Always a pleasure. Most of my banking is done with BMO, but they dropped the ball significantly on this issue and NBC picked it back up.
