Normally this location is great. The staff is quick and efficient. However, the last few days, they have had some new people that I think are training and it's caused some quality issues. From not properly inputting meal deal discounts, to what seems like not properly cleaning out their coffee pots...today my steeped tea tasted more like coffee than tea. Im huge on learning and growth, please keep these current issues in mind to coach your new people so they can thrive. I don't want some stressed out person taking frustrations out on them because of lack of training. Also, I miss the 2 guys that typically work there. They are always so friendly! And the woman that works in.the sandwich section is wonderful

This place always seems to be super unorganised when it's busy and not. I worked as a teenager at Tom's, so sympathise with the employees when it is busy in the morning and lunch time, but their food station is just too frantic. Today I witnessed one woman controlling the sandwich station and calling out the orders while she got angry with another employee at the station, while a trainee was just standing there. I've ordered just a chilli before (no bread) and I've watched it sit on the back counter while the soup station person just looked too terrified to tell the woman announcing the orders (same one mentioned above) that it was ready, so I just asked for my order pointing to it. Asked for a double toasted bagel today, pretty sure it went through the toaster once on level 1.

This location is poorly stocked. I've gone countless times for a yogurt in the morning and they are out. What Tim Hortons continuously runs out of yogurt by 10 in the morning and doesn't learn to increase their inventory? They also frequently run out of the popular soups at lunch (again and never seem to correct). They hardly have any timbit flavours, usually only 2 kinds.

I hate giving negative reviews esp now wgen times are tough as people are short staffed but I also want to be responsible towards folks like me who rely on reviews before going to a joint. This was was Really disappointing!!! Bremner Tim Horton in the path area. Please check your order before you leave. This afternoon ordered two cravables crispy chicken sandwiches- our usual to go but first time from this location. After huge wait both sandwiches were dry, no sauce and they forgot to put chicken properly too I guess. Tried calling them to inform that May be their staff isn’t t trained or new and does not know what they are doing but mailbox is full. Will go back to them post my trip this evening to see how they deal with this. Stay tuned. Mistakes happen but twice on two sandwiches- clearly it’s a quality issue. Stay tuned for updates.

It's okay. They run out of product fast and do not keep it well stocked. Limited supply. They need to do a better job at lunch, as the wait time is horrendous and everyone packs into the little corner to wait for their food. They should see about opening the window and giving out the food into the hallway, although I suspect that may violate some rules of the building. Worth asking though.

I would give it a negative rating if possible. Customer from day one. You will not see any employee more than few weeks. Manager lady is the worst. She needs to be gone. If it were not an only Tim's, no one would ever go to this place. Please remove the manager.

This is without any doubt the WORST Tim Hortons store I have ever been in. Long lineups, inexperienced staff, slow service ... and never any acknowledgement that maybe things aren't up to snuff. If there was ANY alternative in this location, it would make a fortune!!

Take over 15 minutes to get a coffee, slowest tim hortons EVER. Is the norm EVERYDAY. Even mobile orders take forever...don't waste your time and go to Starbucks or Olly Fresco around the corner
