Avoid this place if you value competence and professional standards.I put a deposit on a 2023 Explorer a month in advance with plans to collect the new SUV after moving to Canada. I communicated my collection date and arrived ready to drive away in my new vehicle.The vehicle was dirty inside and out, the outside hastily rinsed in anticipation of my arrival, white glue was smeared on the inside sun roof and the fuel tank was near empty. Completing this first impression was an obvious door misalignment, so much so that it had damaged the paint in 2 places of the vehicle. I was reassured that Ford regularly misaligns doors and parts due to the speed in which they turn these out, and that most people are not bothered.The repairs to this brand new vehicle took a week, and the dealership offered absolutely nothing in compensation while I waited, which costed me both time and money.The last straw was when a hit and run damaged the front of the vehicle (not their fault), but enough for me to walk away.The men I worked with were not bad people, they were in fact very kind. However the lack of attention to detail, situational awareness and seriously bad management with a customer paying $60K+ is insane.

I should have done this review 3 years ago!I could never forget the service that we got from these guys. We were ready to give up buying a vehicle, from the experiences we received from other dealerships. Until we found the exact car that no one had in BC here. I was told that there was a lot of interest from other dealerships on this car and my response was oh yeah

I was excited to get a new car but the joy vanished because of the mistakes and run-a-round I have received from Glenoak. I asked to cancel my extended warranty and my ford maintenance (within the required time) as it made no sense to me to be paying interest on future services that I may not even need. Glenoak tried to get me to change my mind but eventually and reluctantly said it would be done. Much to my surprise it was not done and it took many calls and emails to get it looked after. I am still waiting on them to make right on the interest they charged me for the 4 months when they did not cancel like promised.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris and Paul at this dealership. Our requirements were not straight forward and they needed to find the ‘right’ fit for us. Their professionalism and high level of product knowledge had us situated in our ‘new to us’ vehicle within a week. They provided excellent service, had great communication and their friendliness/humour made this transaction very enjoyable. We will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

I had great service from the sales team at Glen Oak Ford. They couldn’t quite find the right used truck for me (hard market and difficult specs to meet), but they worked hard and were very helpful. Chase, Hunter, and Peter all served me well.I will definitely go back for future help/searches.

Ryan Davey has been very helpful at Glenoak Ford. Over the past few years I've met with him quite a few times as I considered purchasing a truck and SUV. Every salesperson I met at Glenoak was knowledgeable and helpful, and Ryan fits in there pretty well. He was always sincerely eager to understand his customer's real needs and meet them, reviewing different models, new vs. used, even Ford vs. other brands. He's honest and reliable. I think he'll do his best if you give him a chance. (We're not related and I'm a real customer! This is a real review. If I had anything negative to say, I would.)

We recently purchased a 2019 Ford F150 truck from Glen Oak Ford. Spending a small fortune on a vehicle can be fairly stressful. Everyone at Glen Oak Ford that we dealt with were very professional and gave us confidence that we were in the right place. Chris Brooke was absolutely great. He walked us through the whole process and made it comfortable for us. He took the time to run through and demonstrate all the features of the truck. We were in a pinch to get it in for Tuesday morning so we decided to drop it off on Monday afternoon. The service was scheduled for Tuesday. At about 4:30, we got a call that the truck was ready! I can't say enough about the service and people at Glen Oak. I would highly recommend them to anyone and we are going nowhere else for service. Thank you Glen Oak!

Honestly the best experience i have had buying a car. From the Salesmen Robert Zachariou knowledge on everything ford to his awesome personality made things no fuss no muss. After picking the truck out i wanted, Daniel Holden one of the finance managers worked his magic and got me an amazing deal, and special shout out to Paul Wallace the Senior sales Manager who also helped out a lot and a super friendly and easy guy to deal with.
