On October 11, 2022, I visited this location for a device upgrade and I wanted to acknowledge the staff that were on shift during my visit. Justin was the one to help me though the process, and his service was impeccable. He was very thorough with detailing my options, and made the process smooth. I would also like to thank the other 3 staff members that were there. They also all chipped in to advise and help; I'm sorry that I didn't get your names. Thank you for your guidance and I would be recommending this location!

Not the most enthusiastic place from the reps here. No deals. Sure you get help but being friendly and inviting is key to customer service not just getting the job done. Maybe that's just me but it's always nice to have someone greet you with a friendly smile and energetic approach.

I've had dealings with the Bolton Bell Store for over 20 years while living in the area. They have always been courteous and put customers need 1st, ensuring they are completely happy with the service and their NEW phones. That is no longer the case. I will NEVER go back to this location. I had dealings with the owner and found him to be totally condescending with no care or regard for his customers. What a sad way to run a business. Many calls later, leaving I don't know how many messages, I still haven't heard back from anyone, and it's been a few months now! What is wrong with this picture. I've tried to deal with the situation in a calm friendly manner, and today I finally lost my cool. It takes alot to get me to this place of frustration. When I think about the amount of money my family and I have contributed over the years to Bell and The Bolton Bell store, it's absolutely pathetic to feel this lack of care and concern.I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

I am so very Thankful to the owner and staff at the Bell Mobility store in Bolton. I entered the store looking to purchase a flip phone for my father who was in the hospital with Covid and had no access to a phone. As my father is 87 years old, he would not be able to operator a smart phone which is why I was looking for a flip phone with large number buttons. The store did not have any of these phones for sale. The owner of the store knew I was desperate to get a phone to my Dad so he could talk with his family while being isolated in the hospital. He went to the storage room and came out with a used flip phone and said I could have it at no cost!!! I then paid for a pay as you go plan, charged the phone and later that night my Dad had it in his possession. My Dad was so happy he could make phone calls to the family and not feel so feel alone.From the bottom of my heart. Thank you to the wonderful staff and Owner of Bolton Bell store. Our family is so grateful.

I came to this location to get a new activation line. This location had fantastic customer service and the workers addressed all questions I had. They made sure I walked out with the best possible deals.

I had very bad experiences with this store.First time: I bought IPone “XR 256 GB ” but 4 days later I surprised found the phone wasn’t XR256GB. It was XR 128 GB. So I called the store that they said they didn’t have XR256GB at that time. They would order a IPone XR 256GB for me and asked me pick up 5 days later.Second time: When I went to pick up, I was told the XR 256GB didn’t come yet and they didn’t know when it would come. They only have the XS 256GB. I follow their advice, returned the XR 128GB switch to IPone “XS256” and payed different as they asked. One week later, I was more than surprised that the IPone was not XS256GB. It is X 256 GB!!!Suggestions: 1. Do not go this Bell store to buy a new phone; 2. Double check whatever you bought and don’t trust whatever they told you.

Great experience in a convenient location that's hard to miss. I received an awesome Black Friday plan with good customer service. Adrian was attentive, answered all my questions and very patient with transferring over my account from my previous phone company.

I was in and out in 20 minutes setting up a new phone and plan. The staff member that helped me knocked a considerable amount off the phone, and gave me a decent deal (for Canadian priced cellular and data) on a monthly plan.When I recently added my partner to my plan it was equally quick and efficient, with an equally good deal on the rate.If the staff is busy with someone just go grab a coffee or something and go back in a few minutes.

Worse customer service, went in was in looking at phones the customer service rep was at her counter would not put her phone down from texting to ask me if i needed help. Was in there for almost 20 mins not one hello or can I help you. I guess Bell Bolton does not want business.............if i could give zero stars i would

Before i went to store i called to confirm that they have a iPhone 14 pro and they said yes but when i went to store to buy a iPhone 14 pro at 6:50 they said they don’t have a iPhone 14 pro. Then I confronted them like i called you before i came here and on call they said yes they have iPhone 14 pro. They were so rude lying and start making excuses that they will get tomorrow iPhone 14 pro. Never going to visit this location again.
