My repair man Joey was so professional. The seal on my new fridge was faulty and needed replacing. He was so respectful of myself and my home. Wore shoe protectors as to not dirty my floors. Was kind and respectful when communicating and fixed my seal perfectly. Thanks a lot Joey!

Amazing service, prompt and professional service. I am not easy to please and everyone I communicated with was pleasant. The first tech admitted that he didn't have the proper tools ect and said his colleague would be by shortly which is exactly what happened. The second tech had the r600a and proper compressor, fridge fixed!!!

We had a warranty issue from the manufacturer. The manufacturer had Elite Appliance Service fulfill the warranty work. I was very impressed with Elite as the company was very prompt in getting back to me. They texted me a time frame and date in which they would arrive and all I had to do was text back a response if that time frame was suitable for me. On the day of the appointment, they texted to tell me that they would be there in 30 min. The repair person was professional and efficient and quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my stove. He was able to order the replacement part and fix my stove within a few days. My work order was #503199.
