Independent Rent A Car - Vancouver

I searched for many car rental companies and this was the second cheapest one I found. The other was rated 3.2 stars and the last 10 reviews were 1 star. I went with theses guys. They upgraded me to a 2023 car with only 4K kilometres on it. I was in an out in 5 minutes picking up and returning the car. I had a great experience with these guys!

We had a great experience with Independent. I like to support local/small businesses. And I was not disappointed at all with Hussein customer service. I'm having family visiting from Brazil and I had reserved a car but because of Canada Day long weekend some people that had rented a car had issues to return from Victoria to Vancouver (that was our car). But Hussein called early in the morning to inform us and tried his best and beyond to get us one. And he did. I saw all the effort to solve the issue. We are renting again this weekend to go Joffre Lakes. I 100% recommend Independent Rent a Car, it's a personalized customer service!The car is really well maintained.Thank you !

We had a great experience! Very good price and quality value. Very well functioning & squeaky clean car. Both persons we interacted were amazingly friendly and helpful. They were also extremely efficient. On our way to drop off the car, there was traffic so we arrived a little late but they were quite understanding as we had informed them of the situation beforehand. Highly recommended!
