Rollin Auto Auction

Needed a 7 seat SUV, placed a bid and Won, upon pickup it appeared that it was 5 seat SUV. Shawn Rentz really helped ,What a great guy and pleasant personality, he helped me out beyond his liability. He voided sale and refund me the money. Excellent facility and staff. Will do business with them again.

I came here looking for a Equinox, Shawn was very helpful educating me on the issues different vehicles have and I ended up bidding on a Ford Escape instead. 9 months later I just drove it home to New Brunswick. and it passed the out of province inspection only needing new headlights because they were cracked. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

As shady as they come! As far as auctions go, my group makes regular purchases from the larger more reputable auctioneers in Calgary and Edmonton but has been monitoring Shawns rolling auction for a number of months, initially interested in making purchases when we immidiately noticed all of the red flags of shill/ghost bidding and some of the other practices employed there to ensure that nothing but the unwanted junk ever moves for a price below its blue book value, and those sales are as is with 0 warranty or assurances. After monitoring this lot for 3 months we havent seen a single green light" vehicle thats wasnt 15+ years old or covered in rust move for anywhere close to what would be considered a win for the purchaser. If your looking to score a find or save money on a mechanically sound vehicleyou are much better off buying a certified pre owned from a dealership

Shawn is awesome!!! He knows his stuff and will put you in the perfect vehicle!! Great customer service and incredibly kind and patient. Great place for yard vehicles. Won’t go anywhere else.

Bad customer service. Terrible at returning messages or phone calls and stood me up when I was supposed to meet them to view a vehicle even when I told them I was driving from out of town. After a lot of run around I then found out they do not even have the vehicle they were advertising at their location. Dustin is the person I dealt with - extremely unprofessional.

The staff at Rollin auto auction were very helpful when I was looking to purchase my current car. They made the buying experience very relaxed and easy. The car I purchased was in great shape for a good price, I am very happy. Will be back for our next family car!

Not even 1 star after my recent experience at the so called auction ... FAKE UP BIDDING , totally lost all trust in these guys and this business ... and always check the math on bill of sale .. chances are u paid to much !!! MICKEY MOUSE OPERATION ... I do not recommend anyone shopping there !!!!

After I WON the online auction, they called to counter my offer. Wanted me to pay a lot more. Not a good trustworthy place to do business! Buyer beware.
