The Faris Team has by far exceeded my expectations for a Realtor Agency and my Agent Monica Alvarado has been exceptional. Because I just missed the high end of the sales market at the beginning of 2022 it took me almost a year to sell my Condo, and as my Buyer Agent Monica stuck thru lost sales due to my own property not selling till I finally sold and was able to purchase in Wasaga Beach. Since I was looking for a Land Lease property for the first time, I think Monica and myself had a learning curve but I would recommend Monica now for anyone considering a Land Lease purchase. She has been supportive and I have really enjoyed working with her. I would recommend the Faris Team and in particular Monica if you are looking for a realtor.
