Was shopping for our 4th property but I Just learned about their new policies which are very discriminatory especially with their staff and I am now erasing zibi as an option for our condo. So many options in the city with nicer management.

Excited to see a different kind of neighbourhood in Ottawa/Gatineau! It's definitely going to be a cool place to live or work, or just to hang out. The sales centre was pretty cool too. I really liked the interactive virtual bike tour.

Ugly site with bad transit infrastructure. There is always traffic jams on the bridges nearby. Also very limited shopping/grocery options. Overpriced for what you get.

This is going to be an incredible community in Ottawa and Gatineau. I am very impressed with all the public spaces that are being created - can't wait to enjoy my first beer by the falls!!

Went for Canada Day and was mostly disappointed. Activities were by and large for children although this was not made clear in the publicity and I had to walk there in the blazing sun 25 minutes each way with my 80+ mother since no parking or even a shuttle service were offered...

We are the investors of the company. When we want to redemption of the investment. The company delay, delay and delay. They did not pay back the money on the promised rate. I say if you reduce the payment, it will hurt the reputation of your company. The finance director say I DON'T Care reputation." I was shock of that

Zibi is an amazing new development in the national capital. If you have an electric vehicle though I cannot recommend but otherwise it's great city living!

I went here when they hosted Cirque du Soleil - Volta. It was a well organized event from the washroom placement to the refreshments area. Great location, lots of restaurants nearby, and it's along the water. You can easily drive and bike to this location.
