I LOVE this place and the products sold here ! It’s not only bird related items... I recently bought an adorable cat cave and some funky socks here too!

Great quality bird-feeders and seeds. The products are truly unseen in other stores.The staff that helped me doubled back and made sure I was credited for all eligible discounts from a previous transaction.It’s getting difficult to find store nowadays that stock high quality goods and have impeccable service. Good job!

I was comparing prices at various stores in Edmonton for sunflower seeds, peanuts, and corn, and decided to purchase an annual membership at Wild Birds Unlimited for $25 due to the 15% discount provided on purchases. I placed an online order for over $200 worth of peanuts for my first purchase. I was immediately rewarded with a $10 gift card! The next morning, I was contacted by phone from store staff, and informed that better pricing was available on bulk sizes of peanuts. I mean, what store calls you to tell you that you can save money??? This immediately impressed me, and the savings were nearly $40, which I then spent on purchases in-store when I picked up the peanuts. I realize that some products are priced a bit higher than other local stores, but I am a firm believer in supporting local businesses that provide exceptional customer service, and the young man at this store deserves a pat on the back for providing exactly that!!! Both staff members in store were extremely friendly, knowledgable, and helpful, and I left the store feeling completely satisfied with my purchases of peanuts, corn, a peanut holder feeder, and a corncob holder feeder. Thanks guys!

I thoroughly enjoy coming here for quality bird food. I have a nice variety of birds at my feeder again as a result. I find the non-food items to be rather overpriced, even with a membership; however, a great value for bird feed (loose or cylinders), peanuts, suet, and bark butter.

They have tons of choices for bird seed and anything else you'll need but they're expensive. But you get what you paid for.

I called looking for a specialty item, and the service I received was absolutely outstanding!Melinda emailed me a picture to make sure it was the item I was looking for.The purchase was completed over the phone and I have already received my items. Just beautiful and exactly what I was looking forI had left another message for a different outdoor bird company to call me the same day.This entire transaction was handled so professionally from start to finish before the other company had a chance to return my call.I am disabled and It is hard for me to get around especially during Christmas.Thank you so much for the incredible service. Beautiful bird shop! Such a great addition to the city centre, having great options for seed type, various sizes all the way up to bulk bags. There are such beautiful bird baths that I am definitely keeping that in mind for when I upgrade my current one. They had the classic glass baths and then larger decorative displays that doubles are decor and a bath which are great! They also have small gift items, jewelry, books, and knickknacks in the store so there’s truly something for the bird lover in all of us even if you don’t have the space for a bird feeder or bird bath.The store is very well kept, clean and stocked well so there’s lots to peruse. I think the set up is smart, though a bit cramped as they did their best to fit everything that they possibly could in the space.Definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in the area! Nice staff and very knowledgeable as well!

I visited this store for the first time last week. I was shopping for a new bird feeder and wanted a quality unit. The one I selected was made in the USA and of excellent quality. I was greeted when I walked in and assisted through my selection of feeder and had all my questions answered. I signed up into their club as well. I was very pleased with the service and expertise. I am proud to support a local franchise owner. I will definitely be back.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. They were able to answer all our questions regarding what species to expect with particular feeder and feed combinations with our location in mind.The feed products have a large variety and fantastic quality compared to the feed available at big box stores that are usually much lower quality at the same prices.The store also stocks a variety of books to help with bird identification and feeding.They also have a loyalty program.

I casually got into bird feeding as an activity for the pandemic. I popped by Wild Birds Unlimited and was very happy with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff! I got a nice recommendation on a feeder based off where I live in the city and the bird feeder has been a hit! Definitely will be coming back!
