People at front desk were very helpful, pleasant and cheerful. They were very informative on the procedures and rules. The building was very clean and organized. They provide equipment for helping moving belongings into unit.

I reserved a storage for the next day. I got a call to remind me of the office hours as I wanted to get moved in right away. I appreciated that and how the front desk lady was my guide and showed me my locker and how everything works. It worked out seamlessly and they were so friendly.

Quick and easy solutions for whatever comes up. The elevators and moving carts were huge and made easy work of it, also a very secure facility.

Extra storage gave a great welcome rate with the first 3 months being discounted. This was a big help as moving and renovations were already expensive. The online booking was clear and easy to understand and when I arrived staff again clarified everything, making moving in simple. The building is large and I was worried about being on the top floor but the elevator was spacious, carts were easy to manoeuvre and the halls were easy to follow and access. I brought several large loads to my unit with no issues. During staffed hours they were there to answer any questions or help me find anything I needed. The units were large and clean and the security system was easy to access and made me feel confident that my belongings were safe.Me and my family are really happy with this new storage center and are happy it has come to our neighborhood.Affordable, clean, safe and easy to use and having staffed and after hours access makes it perfect.
