We had a huge glass piece installed in our master bedroom bathroom and a swinging glass door in a much smaller bathroom. We were very satisfied with the results, and decided to go with MV glasspoint again for our mirror installation. Again, very satisfied with the result.The staff is always very responsive and listens to your needs all the time.Price was reasonable.Would definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed working with Vera and her team. They came in quickly to take measurements, gave great advice on what would look good and what would work and not work, and were so quick to get the quote and installation. They had a ton of previous job pictures to show us examples of what things would look like, which was really nice. We will definitely be using them again going forward!

I would like to give you my 411 Experience with working with Vera.I contacted her back in October 2021 and she gave me a quote to install a frameless shower and a glass panel with black trimming in my master washroom.They installed in November of 2021 and I was told it was a one day job. I took the day off to make sure I was home for them. To my surprise, they measure one of the glass panels wrong.Because of that they had to come back another day, which meant I needed to take another day off ( my lost wages)When they came back in a few weeks, the installer( Vera's Husband) couldn't complete the job because they ran out of black trimming for my glass panel.The Husband promised us that they would come back and finish the job.Vera asked for the full payment that day, which I gave.( them promising me they will come back)I contacted Vera in the beginning of Dec 2021 to set up an appointment to come back to finish the work and to relook at the weather-stripping under my shower door(it was leaking a lot). We agreed on a date (Dec 23). But she never showed up.So I try contacting her after the holidays, assuming they we closed for Christmas break. I try calling and leaving messages on her voice mail early Jan 2022.Till this day, They have not called me back and the project is not 100% complete.Yes, Vera is a nice person to deal with. But they did not complete the job that was promised.So please beware before hiring them for a home project.If you were a general contractor, I would say they would be ok.But if you were a home owner. Please use another company!!!Paying for a unfinish job and then they don't answer your calls to fix there faulty workmanship!!!YOU HAVE ALL BEEN WARNED!!!

Amazing service. Vera and Martin made our experience delightful. They were quick with giving us a quote. When we were finally ready for a glass to be installed they were super fast and efficient as well as an absolute pleasure to work with. Glass was installed six days after they measured up the shower. We couldn’t be happier with the result. They will definitely be our go to glass company for life.

We built 3 houses and we reviewed 3 bids and MV GlassPoint was the most competitive in terms of price. We used MV GlassPoint for all of our glass work, including stairs, railings, showers, wine enclosure, and outside balconies. There quality, staff, customer service, attention to detail, and response time we amazing!!! We had a really good experience working with MV Glass. My husband and I are both extremely busy so it was great to do most of the correspondence over text message and Verra was so quick to respond! She quickly gave us information on pricing and timing and make the whole process very easy.Their pricing is very competitive and their service is great too. Very efficient. Would use again for sure.
