Unethical business practices and horrible customer service. Management does not value their staff or care about the dysfunctional company culture. Do not work there or give them your business. Too many lay offs of staff and their old equipment designs were better. Not sure how they are still in business.

A buissness trying to grow in chilliwack. There is no difference here than any other company I have worked. Growing pains for sure, but everyone is working to improve the company and generate revenue to improve everything overall. Has a bad wrap in chilliwack, but that was the old IMW. Every company you work for has issues of their own.
