Dwain Vandebrink arrived exactly on time.Him and his helper were efficient at the installation and had the wire in the ground in no time. His patience with all my questions was very much appreciated. His calm demeanour with my very stubborn German shepherd was second to none. Today was day two after the install and Izzy laid down in front of the flag as of to say mom the nice man told me not to cross that line. I was so impressed with Dwains training and how good he was with her.I am an invisible fence believer and willrecommend to all my dog parent friends!!

I have contracted Invisible Fence for 2 home installations now and both occasions I have been extremely pleased with the product, service and cost. The office staff and install technicians are always friendly, helpful and prompt. They stick to their service standard level and life time warranty agreement as well. I've never had an issue or been disappointed with any service or maintenance calls/visits. They are prompt to fix any issue as they understand the importance of timely maintenance visits to ensure our pets are safe.Installing an invisible fence and with this company has been one of my most important investments yet. It provides safety, comfort and peace of mind knowing that our fur babies are safe and free from harm at home on our own property.

We are sooooo happy with our Invisible Fence. Gavin and Quinton, the installers, were on time and very polite. They walked my husband and myself through every thing. Quinton was very patient teaching Amber, our Lab, and myself everything we needed to know about using the collar and fence. We had an Invisible Fence tech visit and check and adjust our computer collars to take care of a headstrong German Shepherd's new trick of crashing the barrier. Very happy with the results and the great service.

We had the invisible fence installed a couple months ago, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Both our dogs know their boundaries, and they love being outside and not having to be on their leashes. We followed the designed training procedures, and it worked fantastic. We highly recommend the invisible fence!!!

We moved to Harley in 2020 and have three large dogs. We didn't want a physical fence, however had a very difficult time keeping our dogs home. They would often run into the fields, jump up on cars, and worse of all cross the road. We were at our wits end... My wife suggested Invisible Fence, so we looked into it. My first hesitation was the price (I'm Dutch...), but seeing the technology they use and services offered, I agreed to go ahead. Installation was April 2022.This fence was a life changer!!! The installers were prompt to their appointment, were very professional and worked with us to establish the best border and spot for the hub. Install process was quick and very non-intrusive. When completed, they spent the time to show us how to use the equipment, and how to train the dogs. A few months later we had a break in the line (our fault) and Adam and his team were amazing to deal with.We can now let our dogs out in confidence knowing they will not leave the property. I can't suggest this company enough!! Don't hesitate... get an Invisible Fence!

This is the second property I’ve had this company install invisible fence on. I have two Belgian Malinois cross dogs who have been very easy to train to understand the property boundaries with this product. Very happy with the process both times from estimates and booking to installation.Only thing I could suggest is providing coloured boundary flags for winter installations. It’s been a bit more challenging to train the dogs on the boundaries with white flags against a snow covered yard, despite the writing on the flags, it’s just not enough contrast.
