Just took the delivery of my new Elantra N-Line (my first car in Canada) from Downtown Hyundai. They’re supposed to be a premium dealership and they lived up to the expectations. The purchase process was a breeze with them. Special thanks to Paul Vella for being such a pleasant person throughout this journey. I am hoping they continue to support me as much with the services and post-purchase experience as well.

3 hours for oil change? (Service #1)........ It's ridiculous. Oil change doesn't take 3 hours, I have things to do and they just wasted my whole morning, now I have to reschedule all my plans. It's never a good experience with Hyundai, doesn't matter what location. And if you don't want to deal with engine rebuilding at 100k kms and terrible customer service DO NOT get a Hyundai. Trust me. Never again with Hyundai.

I recently brought my car into the service department at Downtown Hyundai and had the pleasure of working with James Cabezas. James was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain all of the necessary repairs and maintenance that my car needed and made sure that I understood the process. We wanted to get a new car after we had our baby, but didn’t think we could afford it while on mat leave. When we brought our old car in for service, we went into the office to ask about trade-in options and ended up leaving with a new car on the way! The service in the office was exceptional. Alex was patient and excited for us, and he showed us options that were extremely affordable. He made sure to find discounts and even snagged the exact model we wanted that was coming in that month so we wouldn’t have to wait ages for it. I can’t say enough good things about his generosity and how he accommodated us with a new baby throughout the whole process. It is because of the wonderful service from him and everyone at the (new and beautiful) Downtown Hyundai office that we ended up buying a new car and within three weeks are now driving our baby around in a safe new vehicle. The thing that struck me the most of what I loved about this dealership was how inviting the sales advisors were. One in particular. I was extremely happy to be directed immediately by reception to none other than Jonathan Malanos, my Product Advisor, Who assisted me in getting my car, stock, that I have called into so many other dealerships in the GTA, but was unlucky due to the 2024 facelift for the Elantra and with others offering cancelled orders with accessories that I didn't need. His generosity for his clients and sense of humor is what make him a proficient sales associate to give people what they need. I won't forget when I talked to him initially when he told me that my 2023 Elantra N-Line was on the way and they had one in stock with no mods. I couldn't believe my chances. Remember the name, Jonathan Malanos. If you speak to him, you're in luck!

My experience at THIS dealer could not have been more outstanding. And I drove from Montreal simply because the 2 dealers I dellt with already were terrible and customer service was abysmal. Big thanks to Rob for making the experience smooth & enjoyable, George for being flexible, and Ken for a smooth transaction. Communication from everyone was prompt and respectful, and you really do get maximum for your trade-in (thanks George).

We bought our first car at this dealership. Environment and service was really stand out relative to the other dealers. We dealt with Alex Tarantine, who provided excellent service. Rather than make a hard sell, they really took the time to educate us on car ownership vs. lease, different car features, etc. Highly recommend!
