We just banked our first borns cord blood. I signed up online and everything went quite well. Customer service was available whenever I had questions and the sample pick up was very fast. I definitely recommend using these guys. I also signed up for their referral program that gives a $100 discount.Overall - great experience!!!

Initially I gave a 1-star review with no comment simply because their employees are so annoying at the clinic but this time I saw three Healthcord employees attacking another young woman outside the clinic. It was an old lady whom she calls herself the manager and two girls that look like they're in their early-twenties. The police were called to the scene and the young woman's friend came. I overheard the friend was also assaulted by the younger Healthcord employee last week. I don't know what happened, but this type of behavior is absolutely despicable. I'll never trust this company for storing a single dollar, let alone any organs or tissues.
