FIX AUTO VAUDREUIL

I went there to do some repair in my car. Yesterday after dropping my car at discount vaudreuil, Tanya called me that my car will be ready at 2pm but i was not able to pick up my car on the same day. So i went there today morning and signed the docs and they told me that my car was at discount and when i went there to pick up my car the rear bumper were scratched as you can see in the picture. It was fresh scratches and a curly hair guy (i dont know his name) told me that these scratches were made by me and then he said he will check the pictures and after 30 second's he came back from the office and said, he checked the whole CCTV and he didn’t find anything. How someone can check whole day footage in just 30 secs?? Fraud!!!!! Stay away from them.. blamed you for their own mistakes.

They had a very bad service with the comment. It's not my problem.They are not good with clientele service.

Great service car was ready within a week of insurance approval.

The The body shop itself was perfect. But one of the doors’ lock and soft close is not working anymore. So have to go back there again.
