Overall the experience was fine as my mom was able to find a dress for an upcoming event, BUT, I found the customer service to be way too excessive and pushy.I was being closely followed around the large store by employees for my entire time there - despite saying I did not need any assistance and was just looking around. This in itself gave me quite a bit of anxiety and dampened my ability to be relaxed while shopping. All the employees were quick to greet and ask if any help was needed, but there were several staff on the floor so after the 7th time being asked, I was getting a bit bothered. Everyone was pleasant enough, I just found it all to be way too much.

I never and ever complain but this location all the cashiers are mean, rude and disrespectful. The sales floor staffs push you to buy but when you go to cash there is no one to help and when they come they acts discussing. On boxing week I went there to return some staff but cashier told me they are not allowed to return my staff because they are soo busy exactly when there is no one. I hope the company take a step and train their cashiers customer service and respect. I highly not recommended this store for shopping.

Knowledgeable staff with good service and a large selection. The store also ships to house or another store at NC if your size or colour is not available. No hassle returns too !

I went to Laura’s jewelry section in search of a necklace for an upcoming event. One of the workers followed me around for a full 8 minutes, staring at my every move. Even after I stated I did not need help, she pretended to be “fixing” the jewelry and stayed within a foot of me as if I was going to steal something. She even followed me to the cashier and stared at me throughout the whole transaction while I cashed out. As a black customer, this kind of behaviour is ANNOYING and makes me feel like I’m being profiled when I am a paying customer. I ended up returning the necklace because I shouldn’t have supported this kind of treatment. Will not be back.

Excellent experience as always. Knowledgeable sales staff that are so nice and helpful. Can't get that shopping on the internet. Beautiful selection of clothes, many on sale. Don't pass up a chance to shop here, whether you need casual, workday or special event clothes. My purchase of the day...a multi colored tunic. Cute for work. (Not a great pic but really nice top. Love the colors)
