I needed 3 blades sharpened; a small paring knife;a small chopping and dicing blade; and a boning knife.Each one was returned in better than original new condition. The edges we're not only sharp, they were now usable from tip to handle. This made a huge difference especially noticeable on the boning knife because the point edge, often used in tight spots, could function as intended.All in all, I have no hesitation in recommending Canadian Edge Sharpening and Sales for all your knife maintenance needs. Howard has restored many of my hair shears, as a licensed hairstylist I have many hair shears that I thought they were not longer good but he has brought them back. Canadian Edge Sharpening and Sales was excellent to deal with. Howard did a wonderful job on my 8-inch kitchen knife that was dull from years of use. The entire length of the blade is super sharp now. I wish I had reached out to them years earlier!
