The pick-up staff are always polite and friendly, and arrive as scheduled.Customer support isn't the best - as they often will not get back to you in a timely matter when you have an issue, and when you call in they refuse to put you through to the people you asked for - even if your driver tells you to ask for that person.Great prices, and overall a wonderful service that just needs a bit of work in their customer support sector.

Several calls and several emails and still no response. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes the call was answered by an agent in the US and he couldn't get anyone to respond.We are closing our account because of the terrible service and lack of response. They don't even deserve one star.Thank you for the reply .If you note we have been emailing and phoning for well over 2 weeks. We have phoned the number you quoted as well as the email. They do not respond. How many messages and emails are we supposed to send ?

If there was less than a 1* I would have given it!!! Absolutely terrible Customer Service. The worst company ever to deal with. I have been waiting for a call for a week or even a returned email but to no avail!

This is the worst company ever. They hide the fact that they make you sign a 60 months contract, they don't shred things on site. The guys come in take your shredding and who knows what happens to it afterward. Try doing something with customer service cause they are useless. There are way more inexpensive companies out there people with better service.

If I could give them no stars I would. They have horrible customer service. Now of the account managers" respond to calls or emails. When you do finally get someone on the phone from the 1-800 number

The staff that deals with our company consistantly arrives as scheduled, and are professional, and personable. They are also helpful in that they have rescued several items that have found their way into the container in error (a stapler, a pair of glasses and a package of paperclips)

If our office could rate 0 stars we would. Finally was able to close our account, but are still dealing with the billing issues and still having our account charged for services that did not take place.We have e-mailed, posted and called for assistance to no avail.would not recommend.

More secure then iron mountain for shredding and information destruction, i worked at both companies and would chose shred-it well before iron mountain regardless of the cost

Terrible service. Had an account with them and they tried charging me a weekly rate when they would only show up every two weeks. I offered to pay an outstanding bill based on the bi-weekly service they were providing but they insisted to charge a weekly rate because that is what the contract stated. When I refused to pay the weekly rate because they didn't provide the service they sent the bill to collections. Do not use this company for your shredding, there are many other companies that provide better service and are less money.

We scheduled for 200+ boxes but we didnt have them all ready, they were professional and had no problem offering to return at a later date to finish. Polite and awesome young men.
