Bought a Fuji Spray Q5 system from Busy Bee. It was shipped quickly without issue. Love the new spray system! Very quiet.

I purchased a 1 Micron CX Filter for my dust collector. The filter arrived and I unboxed it. The first thing I noticed was the bent cleaning handle, then the kinked and rusted band clamp, then the rust inside the cleaning handle. OK, off to the install and test. Installed and tested without a tool attached. The dust could be seen coming out of the top, where the cleaning handle was attached. This is a 1 Micron filter with a 100 Micron hole! What's the point?Sent a note to Customer Service, with pictures. I agreed to take the filter to the local store for 'investigation'. I arrived at the local store, with a video in hand, and after some brief back and forth; it was agreed that I would receive a refund. What is the point of a replacement? This is a design issue.Bottom line, buy Chinese junk and get Chinese junk performance. I would give the Customer Service a 4 STAR, not 5, because of the run around.

I bought a jointer online. The tool is good. Unfortunately they use Canada Post which doesn't deliver oversized and heavy items to the door. DO NOT use PayBright. They failed to send me the initial agreement and didn't put it in their portal either. When I finally got hold of someone to address this, I saw that they double charged me. They put the onus on me to contact Busy Bee to gather documentation. I did and sent it to Paybright weeks ago. 3 phone calls and 3 emails so far and they have done nothing to correct this. Interest is high and of course accumulating. I will likely have to pay off the correct" balance and cancel my method of payment so that they don't overcharge me. I'm sure this will affect my credit rating. BusyBee needs to distance themselves from this horrifying company."

I purchased a Craftex 1400 air cleaner from the only British Columbia store. Soon after, they closed the store and apparently are not returning to BC.The machine began running past the preset time to the remote. Now it turns on by itself in the middle of the night and keeps going until manually turned off.I have sent emails and made several calls to their customer service".I was told the problem is either the remote or the circuit board

This is a review of an experience at the Calgary Busy Bee Tools.I've never received worse customer service from anyone purporting themselves to be a manager, as I did from Amir at this location.I called the store on Monday, with a part number that I had found on the Busy Bee website, and Amir told me that he had it in stock. Our driver visited the store on Tuesday to collect the part. Unfortunately, it was the wrong part, so I myself visited the store on Wednesday to hopefully exchange the part for the correct one. When I arrived, I was immediately met with accusations by Amir that I had provided the wrong part number, and that it was my fault that we had gotten the wrong part. I never once blamed Amir for selling our driver the wrong part, I was only there to exchange for the correct part. He continued to tell me that it was my fault because I provided him the wrong part number, and made it seem as though I was putting him out, and had wasted his time.To make matters worse, he refused to exchange the part for the correct one without a receipt, even though he acknowledged that he was the one that had sold our driver the original part the day prior. When I asked to speak to the manager, he informed me that he was the manager, and it would mess up their inventory to exchange the part without a receipt. Wow. So, the only way for me to actually walk away from this situation with the correct part was to purchase the correct part, on top of the incorrect part that I had already purchased.Never again will I step foot in this place. In fact, I'm listing all of my Craftex tools on FB Marketplace tonight.There are lots of other tool companies in Calgary, selling EXACTLY the same tools, who actually care about staying in business. Support these companies, not Busy Bee.

7 warranty claims on my Craftex CX600 in 5 months of use. It sounds like a problem to me but I've been informed otherwise by the Busy Bee team. I'll go back to the beginning. I originally purchased a CX612 after being reassured by John at Busy Bee Tools. It has a 3 year warranty. Why would anyone back up their product with a 3 year warranty if they knew it was a piece of garbage? So they take my money with a smile as they always have. Couple months down the road, the t-slots on the table literally rip out of the table. So I call John. I then get passed off to Bev, the store manager. It was shocking" and a "first time" that she had seen that happen. She calls up her co-worker in the Concord store

I used to shop at Busy Bee Tools quite frequently when I started woodworking as a hobby, their prices are always very reasonable, They seem to have changed their customer service policy for the worse, I bought the Milescraft Drill Mate portable drill guide ( model 1318 ) at their Calgary location yesterday, they were on sale, Unfortunately the drill head keep seizing up and will not return under spring tension, it basically become stuck at bottom of shafts, I spent over an hour trying to repair it, something is out of alignment, I called the shop and was told I need to speak with the manager, it's quite the drive for me because I no longer live in Calgary but I'm not to keep a defective brand new tool neither, when I arrived at the store, the manager took one look at it and had the nerve to say that it's normal, the drill head is stuck solid on bottom of shafts, he claimed that they never heard or seen since problem before, talk about being in denial, he then changed his tone to I have to contact Milescraft customer service to resolve this issue, I basically told him I won't be leaving until they refund my purchase, it took a lot of back and forth before I get my money back, Also not without this so call manager keep asking if I'm buying more items there,They used to be very good with customer service, not sure why the change, it's too bad because they have lost another customer, I went research this Drill guide and found a few negative reviews with people that bought this item with the exact same issues, so the fact that their manager will go out of his way to lie about this really doesn't sit well with me.
