I wish every doctor/physician and professional in the healthcare industry was like Dr. Lee. I received phenomenal service from the moment I walked in. Dr. Lee took her time to evaluate me fully, explaining what chiropractic is, how it affects the body and how some of my symptoms can be caused by issues with my spine and nerves. She also took the time to listen to me and answer all of my questions. She works very efficiently and doesn't waste a moment, but it never feels rushed. I truly felt that she cared about me as her patient. She also talked me through the whole intake exam and adjustment, so I not only felt comfortable and always knowing what was happening, but I understood what she was doing, why and how it will help me. Immediately after my visit I was already feeling better. Recommend 1000% to everyone.

Dr. Mike really helped me when I was hit by a bout of vertigo that wouldn't go away.After one adjustment, it went away and provided relief.I found him very helpful. The girl at the front desk, Alexandra(sp?) was also amazing. Communication was so easy.It really felt like they were welcoming you into their home - I enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend their services.

Dr. Lee is honestly amazing and my girlfriend and I are so grateful for the aid she’s given us. We’ve been coming here for about 6 months now and every visit has been exceptional. When we started the initial process, Dr. Lee was very thorough in how our back health affects other aspects of our body, and how our habits impact them. Since our initial visit, she has helped us become more conscious of these habits, and now my posture is great and I don’t have any more back pain - and I even take the time to stretch every hour and go for short walks during work!

Incredible experience!I've been having back issues; hip issues; and just constant pain from years of the Military. I came here and I swear Dr. Iuliano is a Wizard! I'm able to walk properly again and at my full speed too! If you're looking for a Chiropractor who is Professional; knows what they're talking about; and runs an extremely friendly environment; this is the place for you!Highly recommended!

I bought this groupon for my mom as a sort of surprise.My 80yr old mom is not a fan of chiropractors or any doctors in fact, and actually wouldn't go in once we arrived, and then walked out again after she said to the Dr and staff that stated she didn't want to be touched. After a brief convo in the car, we went back in. Alexandra and Dr Mike Luliano were very patient and still agreed to see her. Dr Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, calming and even humorous. He originally said he wouldn't do any treatment and so my mom agreed to the consultation. He made her feel so comfortable that she engaged in the conversation, and surprised me by asking questions that will affect her health. He had her do some stretch tests, and once again her nervousness had her plea that she did not want to be touched. She then felt so comfortable that by the end of the tests, she actually jumped up on the table and allowed Dr Mike to some light treatment. Now she has accepted his advice for her to return 2 times a week for a couple of weeks to get rid of her pain in her lower back as they do a Seniors discount. She had nothing but smiles when she came out and i believe Her perception of Chiropractor Dr's and its science is starting to change thanks to Dr Mike & Staff.**Bonus- didnt realise i had bought a 3 session pack, so receiving an email when i got back to say the next 2 are included and the sheer honesty has now sold her on getting the treatment needed for her to fix her lower back and continue her healthy life once again. Highly recommend this practise for anyone nervous to try or that requires some honest healing methods.

What a great place! What a great team! My first time here and I was very impressed. The place is very clean with a very comfortable atmosphere. Alex, the office manager, is super friendly, kind and welcoming. I met Dr Mike Iuliano and he is very professional, very knowledgeable, very patient and explained to me everything in detail. I had a few adjustments done and I already see some improvement with my neck pain. Looking forward to the rest of the treatment. I would recommend for sure.

He was very comforting, gave good directions and explained things very nice. Relaxing Tratment helped my muscles to relax as well

I was searching for a new chiropractor near my home and I am so glad I found Dr. Mike. When you first walk in you are greeted like a friend from the lovely Alex. She is always so cheerful, helpful and accommodating when needing to switch appointment times as life sometimes gets in the way. Dr. Mike is awesome. I felt so at ease from my very first appointment. He listened to my concerns and what I needed to feel comfortable. I’ve been going to Bayview North Family Chiropractic for about 6 months and now my appointments are not as frequent which is sad because I always have good time in the office, but it also means my visits have been working. For this I am thankful.To anyone in Richmond Hill looking for chiropractic care you will not be disappointed when visiting this clinic.
