Great park and beach. The park is well kept and the beach is great for families or just to hangout at and relax at; great spot for swimming too. The park has a kids waterpark as well. There is plenty of parking and a large parking lot so parking your vehicle will not be an issue.

Good spot for swimming, with sandy beach. There is also a waterark for young kids with lots of grassy areas for a picnics, throw the ball or kick a ball around. The washrooms are very nice. Some nights there is entertainment, come and enjoy.

Very clean. Quiet. Tons of kids but everyone was behaving so well.Nice playground and equipment. Grass.The beach was being worked on. I imagine it's an amazing spot in the summer!

A really cute park with beach and a skate park nearby, perfect for everyone and family.Little playground for kids as well.They hold a nightmarket in summer with live music :)Love this park in Trail so much

I very much like gyro Park. It's so green and I love how it looks. It's quite accessible to with good paths and lots of places to sit

Hey there! If you're looking for a great spot to take the fam for a walk, Gyro Park is the place to be. It's got everything you need to keep the kiddos entertained - from the spray park to the playground. And if you're feeling brave, take a dip in the Columbia River (just a heads up, it's pretty darn cold). Oh, and don't forget to hit up the concession stand for some snacks - although I can't guarantee what hours it's open. Overall, I'd say Gyro Park is definitely worth a visit for a fun-filled family day!

Idyllic scenery. Rocky shore. Open beach with clean sand. Lots of people walking their dogs and playing with their kids. The new playground equipment is amazing and engaging for all ages.Gyro is an ideal destination for locals in the Kootenays.
