Very helpful in pur situations. My daughter passed away , I needed to put everything in my name . They were very helpful and kind.

They over charge rip u off and don’t care about how they treat there customers I’ve been there for five years and they just care about money they’ll find some one else to rent. They also got me to pay for them to put a add in the paper to auction off my belonging when I. Told them and paid them. Numinous times that I would come pay it which I had paid 600A few months earlier then they gave me until the end of the month to pay 800 so like 5 months plus late fees and the auction cost I had limited. Residues for a ride and could only get some one to come 2 times the last on the last day of the month I had left a few boxes and some small furniture there thinking I can’t get it all into the car I’m.Borrowing and i figered they would just Throw the rest out and I charge me a fee not leave in there and continue to charge me I had not even locked it

Good prices and staff have consistently been friendly and helpful. Sometimes I worry the storage rooms aren't warm enough, but econo is in the name afterall.

I had a storage unit for four years and it got broken into about 2-3 months ago and didn't want to help me at all and denied the fact that it happened and asked me to leave.To pack my stuff and leave I asked them if they can review the cameras and they said no and they started getting mad at me for even asking saying that we're not going to show you where our cameras are and denied that I even happened I don't recommend anyone to go there

Perfectly fine people to deal with when I signed up on “direct billing” over a year ago.However, they have no where listed at all their business hours?? Says 24hr surveillance but nothing on when you’re able to access your stuff.

Good location and seems pretty secure. If your looking for storage in the Campbell River area... good luck. there are a few around, but most don't have anymore room. If you find one you might want to take it. We lost out on a few by looking for a better deal. Called back to take the earlier ones, and they were taken. I'm kind of surprised someone hasn't started building a new and very large storage place in the area. i'm sure it would fill up in no time.

An a hole work here. Asked if I could bring bolt cutters to access my locker with permission (as I lost my keys) , and was told they would call the RCMP on me. Not my idea of costumer service, completely rude. Another time they accidentally locked me out of my locker confusing my storage with another whose customer hadn't paid. No apology or anything. In fact they didn't believe me at first, made me wait resulting in me being late for a meeting. Ezy? Not really. sleazy? Slightly.Decided to edit this post to say that the last time I was here the lady behind the counter was a delight. One more star.
