We love your pizza. Sauce was lacking yesterday even after requesting extra. Ordered on-Line, and payed when we got there. Never have we been asked for a code, Hubby came backhome and checked his email then when he went back they only needed the last four digits of our phone number. That was a hugh inconvience.

Had to wait through some slow service for two people in front of me getting slices but the pizza was great and the wings were piping hot and saucy. I would order here again, though the bread sticks were just a little doughy

This has now become our go to pizza spot, after our other spot closed down. We usually have pizza nights on Fridays.The prices are just right and the pizza has been well made everytime thus far.I was also overcharged for a special but the staff were quick to make the correction on the spot. Great service!

Ordered food for my grand daughters 3 year old birthday party 5 five children in attendance. Found this piece of metal in the birthday in my grand daughters slice of pizza. Nice quality control. Never again!!!!!

Ordered a chicken shawarma pizza a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. Ordered the same again but this time it was just a regular pizza with some chicken and onions only.I called the store and spoke to one of the employees about the mistake in my order and he informed me that the manager will be calling me back in half an hour....that was 3 days ago!Have not received a call yet. Not a great customer experience.

Orderd a pizza at 11:15pm wasent here by 12:30am so we drove in to see what happend with 30 mins left before they closed they said 40mins-1hr but arriaved 15min to 1 am... also on top of that the toppings were just dumped on with no care in the world for presentation it was cold and defs not cooked enough ! Also crispy wings??? Yea they werent crispy wings! Btw this is a review coming from a chef's mouth forgot to add cheese was crazy thick and crust was paper thin!!!

This is definitely the best deal for a really good pizza. I got a 3 topping medium(pep extra cheese and bacon) plus two full sized pops for under $20. Pizza was cooked perfect and you can tell they actually put extra cheese. The man making the pizzas was also very polite and easy going. I recommend !

Order from the Hartzel Rd location almost weekly and have never had issues until today. Tried to place my order online and kept getting an error message, so I decided to check my account, sure enough I was charged for the order so called the store to confirm if they received it. Was greeted with extremely poor customer service and a very rude I’m assuming manager, when explaining the issue multiple times I was told how it’s not their problem, how do I expect them to help with the issue when they don’t deal with online ordering and to call head office, all while giving attitude, so when I started speaking to him how he was to me he decided to hang up on me. Called back for the head office number, they picked up the phone and hung up, called a third time to be told they don’t have the number and I should just google it. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed with how they treat and speak to their customers, especially when trying to figure out if they received the order or not.
